Fans love Real Housewives of New York for it's non-stop drama and endless catfights, so when news spread Jill Zarin would be a no-show at Ramona Singer's upcoming premiere party, whispers and giggles were abound.

But RadarOnline.com spoke exclusively to Zarin's rep, who dished the dirt: she won't be there, but is not boycotting her "frenemies" event.

"I received several calls asking me if Jill was boycotting Ramona's party," Darren Bettencourt told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.
