Funny ladies Joan Rivers and Chelsea Handler are in a major feud — and it's no joke!

Joan appeared on Howard Stern's Sirius XM radio show on Tuesday morning with her daughter Melissa Rivers and RadarOnline.com has the video of her attack on her fellow E! Network comedian.

"Number one, the girl made it on her back f**king the president, we all know that, of the network. Number two, she's fine, she's ordinary. She's not a genius," Joan told Howard, referring to Chelsea's past relationship with E! President Ted Harbert.

"She's an ordinary girl that was f**king somebody high up in the industry and they gave her a break and she's doing okay."

The mystery surrounding the real identity of Khloe Kardashian's biological father can be solved with a simple DNA test, and RadarOnline.com has learned there's a $250,000 offer on the table.

Sirius XM Satellite personality Gregg 'Opie' Hughes of The Opie & Anthony Show announced on Tuesday morning that he would ante up a quarter of a million dollars if Khloe, 27, would take a DNA test to prove that the late Robert Kardashian is her father.

If Khloe accepts, the $250,000 will be donated to a charity of her choice.

Chris Brown has an unlikely new ally – Rosie O’Donnell is defending the young singer, who has been plagued with bad press since the 2009 beating of his then girlfriend, Rihanna, insisting: “He’s a victim too.”

Rosie, never one to shy away from controversy, made several comments on her Sirius XM show Rosie Radio, before following on with a series of tweets.

"I just don't know why this kid seems to be held to a different standard than anyone else," she said during the broadcast Monday, addressing the Rihanna incident as well as Brown’s recent temper tantrum that resulted in a broken window in his dressing room after he stormed off the set of Good Morning America.

The satellite radio station premiered Tiger Blood Radio at 6 am EST Saturday.
