Though the Teen Choice Awards were filled with celebrities including the cast of both Twilight and Glee, one memorable moment came from a famous face not in the audience.

Taylor Swift accepted her four awards from the dock of a lake, and RadarOnline.com has the video of her unique speech. Swift shunned the normal awards show formal wear for a wetsuit, grabbing her surfboard trophy and diving into the water. After saying hello to pals Selena Gomez and Lautner, Swift added: “As a token of my thank you-ness, I’m gonna surf on this now,” she said before jumping into the lake.
