Yesha Callahan, the woman who busted Congressman Chris Lee for his Craigslist trawling, was convicted of identity theft and fraud, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

The 34-year-old has an extensive criminal and civil case history in her home state of Maryland.

According to state records obtained by RadarOnline.com, Callahan pleaded Guilty to an Identity Theft-Fraud charge originating in 2003. She was sentenced to 18 months in prison, and was released for time served, with 17 months and 20 days of the sentence suspended after making restitution in the amount of $295.17.

Identity Theft-Fraud reared its ugly head again a year later when Callahan was again arrested in a case originating in December, 2004.  She pleaded guilty and was fined $500.  Another 18 month-long sentence was suspended after 12 days.

Callahan's record also includes unpaid taxes and utility bills, and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Michele Lee is standing by her man, at least for now, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The wife of disgraced ex-Congressman Chris Lee has rushed to be with her husband at his father's Florida estate, The New York Post is reporting.

"She's crushed -- this was supposed to be her Prince Charming," a friend of Michele's told The Post.

Chris Lee, a second term Republican Congressman representing Buffalo, New York, sent a decidedly cheesy photo of himself -- shirtless and flexing as he stood before a bathroom mirror -- to a woman he encountered on Craigslist.

The two sent numerous messages back and forth before the woman, Yesha Callahan, realized who she was corresponding with and went public.

He resigned his seat within two hours of the indiscretion hitting the news.

The Lees are now reportedly at the gated Ocean Reef Club estate his wealthy father Patrick owns in Key Largo, Florida.  His father was one of those who pushed for Lee's lightning fast resignation, a source said.

Wife Michele is said to be "absolutely humiliated" but still hoping to work things out with her errant spouse.
