Although Diff'rent Strokes star Gary Coleman left a pension that could be worth millions, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that he also left his benefactor a stack of unpaid medical bills worth up to $200,000.
But in a war of wills, a Utah court has yet to decide who will be Coleman’s beneficiary.

Gary Coleman's friends are being slammed for excluding his ex-wife Shannon Price from a memorial service honoring the Diff'rent Strokes actor, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Gary Coleman might not have been the most fashion forward star, but according to his ex-wife the pint-size actor had dreams to be the next fashion icon, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The day before he fell, Coleman told his ex-wife Shannon Price and his manager that he wanted to start a kids clothing line and write a tell-all book.
Coleman, who was 4-feet-8 inches high, had to wear kids clothes himself.
“I would buy him a size 10-12 shirt -- and I would buy my son the same thing. I thought it was so cute,” said Shielia Erickson, who was Gary’s agent and now represents his ex-wife Shannon.

Gary Coleman’s ex-wife now says she was cheated of saying a final goodbye to the Diff’rent Strokes star, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The body of the 42-year-old star was cremated Thursday afternoon in Sandy, Utah. “She wanted to be there,” says Shielia Erickson, a rep for Coleman’s ex-wife Shannon Price.

Shielia says they found out about the cremation 4 hours after it happened. At the very least, Shielia says they should have been notified of the time, “even if we were saying a prayer at the time…It’s sad she didn’t know.”

This appears to be a change of heart from what Erickson told RadarOnline.com on Wednesday. She told us that Shannon did NOT want to visit Gary’s body one last time, she felt she had said goodbye to the 4 foot 8 inch tall actor in his hospital bed.

It’s been three weeks since Gary passed away, and Erickson says “Shannon was hugging a picture of Gary last night.”
Shannon has been at the center of controversy. When Gary fell and hit his head, Shannon called 911 but left Gary alone, bleeding in another room, saying she couldn’t handle the blood. In the hospital she took photos of him on his deathbed. Those photos were later sold and although she denies profiting from them, there is strong evidence that she did.
Shannnon also made the decision to take Gary off life support even though he had signed a directive that he didn’t want the plug pulled.

Now she’s fighting for his estate, which could be lucrative due to residuals.

Gary Coleman's ex-wife doesn't plan a final farewell to the Diff'rent Strokes star before he is cremated.
Shannon Price's agent, Shielia Erickson, told RadarOnline.com the 25-year-old said goodbye to her ex-husband at his hospital bedside on May 28, before she made the decision to pull the plug on life support.
“She told Gary, ‘You’re my lover, my best friend, my soulmate -- and you’re 10 feet tall to me,” Erickson said.

“It’s very painful right now for Shannon and very hard.
“Right now she is going back to bed and try to get some rest; she wonders if he’ll look the same or if it’ll just be more painful to see him."

A Utah judge ordered that Coleman's remains be cremated no sooner than Wednesday afternoon.
However, the mystery woman who stands to take over Coleman's estate, Anna Gray, plans to see the actor's body one last time.

She flew from her home in Portland, Oregon, to Lake Hills Memorial Mortuary & Cemetery in Sandy, Utah, for the visit.

In another development, the independent attorney appointed to oversee the property and cremation of Coleman has revealed there will be no funeral service.

Robert Jeffs, the special administrator of Coleman's estate, told The Associated Press that Coleman's 2005 will specifies that there should be no funeral services.
Jeffs added Coleman's ashes and property will be securely stored until a final determination is made on an estate executor. He said it could take months.

Erickson told RadarOnline.com that Price hoped to hold a private memorial instead.
Coleman's cremation has been on hold because of a three-way battle over the actor’s affairs.

Coleman was hospitalized May 26 following an accident at his Utah home. He suffered a brain hemorrhage and subsequently slipped into a coma.
He died two days later, after Price made the decision to remove him from life support.
