David Beckham has spoken for the first time about a prostitute's seedy sex claim that he had a threesome with her and another hooker, emphatically declaring: "I have never met (Imra) Nici, let alone committed adultery with Nici or paid her for sex!"

The soccer superstar -- married to Posh Spice Victoria -- has filed a declaration to a Los Angeles court in his $25 million fight against the Bosnian-born prostitute and German-owned US magazine InTouch, RadarOnline.com has learned.

They're the first words directly from the former England soccer captain after Nici, 26, peddled the story that she had a series of sex romps him for $10,000 cash in London and New York in 2007.

David Beckham was suspected of having late night hotel trysts with multiple women behind-the-back of his Posh Spice wife Victoria, according to court papers filed by a magazine publisher being sued by the soccer superstar in a massive $25 million libel writ.

In Touch Weekly and Bauer, one of the world's largest publishers, used the privilege of court papers to make the seedy allegations against dad-of-three Beckham, claiming in the papers they suspected he carried on an affair with a Los Angeles-based lingerie saleswoman and would secretly meet her at the Figueroa Hotel near Staples Center after LA Lakers basketball games.

RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained the explosive documents lodged in a Californian court last week, in which it's alleged:

* A source told In Touch how the lingerie store worker showed friends text messages she received from Beckham and that In Touch "continued to believe that Beckham did have a relationship with this lingerie saleswoman" even though he and the woman had denied it.

* A source told In Touch that Beckham waited in the lobby at the Sunset Towers Hotel one night "speaking anxiously on the phone" before leaving with a "pretty young blonde woman".

* At least three sets of independent sources -- including "an acquaintance of Beckham" -- detailed his strange behavior at two different hotels, at which he "appeared to be spending time with women who were not his wife".

* Beckham's nanny saw "suggestive text messages" implying that he had an affair with Shery Shabani, the Beverly Hill mother whose children go to the same posh private school as Beckham's three boys.

A source close to Beckham — who nows plays for the LA Galaxy — last night told RadarOnline.com he was not concerned about the cheating slurs.

"This is a smokescreen and it is not going to hold up in court," the close pal said.

"He is not backing down, he plans to go full throttle in this matter and this posturing, with no evidence and no facts, isn't going to stall the inevitable."

However, the move is a dramatic escalation in the battle against In Touch, its editor Michelle Lee and the mag's publishers Bauer -- owed by billionaire German businessman Heinz Bauerwhich -- which printed sensational claims that he romped with a Bosnian hooker.

Beckham, 35, is also suing the former prostitute Imra Nici, 26, who peddled the story that she slept with him for $10,000 cash in London and New York in 2007.

The new allegations are bound to reverberate through England's campaign to win the 2018 World Cup, with the former national captain set to represent his homeland in Switzerland this week, alongside a high-powered delegation including Prince William and British prime minister David Cameron.

The trio are hoping to woo football chiefs to back Britain ahead of the vote on December 2.

In court papers, In Touch's executive editor Deborah Baer said the mag received information concerning stories detailing how Beckham engaged in "extramarital affairs" before it published Nici's pack of claims.

"Well before we received the information concerning Mr. Beckham's relationship with Irma Nici... the magazine had for months been working on other stories that built on Beckham's reputation for adultery," Baer wrote.

"First, in approximately March 2010, one of our Los Angeles-based reporters received information from a source who said he or she was aware that a woman who worked at a lingerie store in Los Angeles had had an affair with David Beckham.

"We learned that the lingerie store employee told some of her friends about the affair. We decided to pursue the story."

The magazine sent a reporter to Hawaii in a bid to speak with the woman's parents, but were unable to locate her, the documents revealed.

"We also learned that she showed another friend text message she received from Mr. Beckham," Baer said.

"We understood that Mr. Beckham often would meet the lingerie saleswoman at the Figueroa Hotel near the Staples Center, after Lakers games. We sent a reporter to the hotel and confirmed that David Beckham had stayed there more than once.

"Thereafter, we contacted the woman directly. Ultimately, she denied the story of an affair, as did Mr. Beckham, and we elected not to publish the article. But we continued to believe that Mr. Beckham did have a relationship with this lingerie saleswoman."

Baer also recalled how one of the magazine's sources had reported seeing Beckham at the Sunset Towers Hotel on Hollywood's famed Sunset Boulevard.

"After dining, Mr. Beckham waited in the lobby for more than an hour, speaking anxiously on the phone and claiming to wait for a ride," she said.

"Another source at the hotel confirmed that Mr. Beckham ultimately left that night with a pretty young blonde woman. Further, this source recounted that this was not the first time he saw Mr. Beckham meet women at the hotel in the past and leave with them."

The magazine executive also alleged how it learned Beckham's nanny had seen "suggestive text messages" that implied he was having an affair with Shery Shabani, a Hollywood jeweller to the stars.

As RadarOnline.com was first to reveal, Beckham was named in a divorce case by the woman's "jealous" and "delusional" ex-husband, who claimed Beckham had an affair with the married mother-of-two.

Beckham and his Spice Girls' wife are claiming the huge sum - around $25 million - plus punitive damages, alleging libel, slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress, given the publisher was expressly warned that the story was total fabrication.

The couple's writ states: "The case arises from defendants' publication of lies to make money for themselves and to embarrass and inflict emotional distress upon Beckham, a world-famous athlete. Defendants published these statements with actual malice and with intent to profit by causing harm to Beckham."

Nevertheless, Bauer has filed a motion to strike the case from court, because it said it "did nothing more than report what it believed was absolutely true" based on the word of Nici and notorious madam Kristin Davis, who served four months in prison for supplying prostitutes to New York's elite.

"In Touch Weekly published its article based on the firsthand recollections of Irma Nici as confirmed by Kristin Davis and the other woman," it is said, in the filing.

"It was a story whose many details were independently verified by the magazine and one that was entirely consistent with the magazine’s own prior reporting, as well as previous widespread reports of other affairs by Beckham, including at least one with another prostitute.

"In the face of this evidence, Beckham provided only a general denial. In the end, the magazine and its editors absolutely believed in the truth of the story and most certainly had no serious doubts about its accuracy."

It added, "Beckham… offers nothing other than his word to dispute the well- researched, well-sourced story that In Touch Weekly published.

"He ignores the years of press – unchallenged by any legal claims – documenting his prior affairs, including another one with a 'high class prostitute'."

The woman accused of having an affair with David Beckham has gone to a Los Angeles court to seek a protective order sealing details that directly relate to the soccer superstar in her divorce case.

According to the court papers obtained by RadarOnline.com, Shery Shabani filed for an order of protection against her husband Kambiz Joseph Shabani and also requested the court seal documents in the divorce, specifically anything relating to David Beckham. Shery previously filed court papers alleging that Kambiz accused her of an affair with Beckham and that her husband tried to run the soccer star off the road.

“I submit this Supplemental Declaration in further support of my Motion requesting a Protective Order sealing limited portions of the family law file that solely relate to a certain Public Figure, namely, David Beckham,” Shery said in her declaration.

Their superstar marriage maybe under the media spotlight right now, but Victoria Beckham claims her famous soccer husband David Beckham is "Godda**n perfect" in a new magazine interview, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

In the November, 2010 edition of Marie Claire Magazine, Victoria Beckham -- who poses in black slinky a corset on the cover -- gushes over her husband and dismisses any talk of a rift by saying, "We're still so close".

The scorned husband of a Beverly Hills mom alleged to have had an affair with David Beckham has emails and texts that prove the adultery, according to her brother-in-law.

Shery Shabani said in court papers that her husband accused her of having an affair with the soccer star and even tried to run him off the road outside their children’s school.

Now, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Shery’s brother-in-law, who is a lawyer, claimed in court papers that Shery did indeed have an affair.

In a new twist, Kamyar Shabani recounted in court papers a conversation with Shery’s dad in which Kamyar asked, “if he (Shery’s dad) was aware that petitioner had an affair” and that his brother “had emails and texts” to prove it.

This would prove Shery “was lying to her own parents,” Kamyar claimed in the court filing.

Shery is friends with the Beckham and his wife, former Posh Spice Victoria; Becks is currently suing a U.S. magazine that claimed he had a one night stand with a Bosnian hooker.

And in an email to Shery, contained in court papers, Kamyar wrote that “you (Shery) are upset that you had an affair and that you want to lash out at me and my family now”.

Kamyar and his brother are partners in their own law firm.

As RadarOnline.com first revealed, Shery claimed in court papers that her millionaire husband had “falsely” accused her of a steamy love affair with Becks.

Shery has branded the allegation “irrelevant and untrue”.

But in the email, dated August 31, that has since been submitted to a Los Angeles court as evidence, the brother-in-law said Shery was “lying” and “trying to make yourself out as a saint”.

“I admire people who don’t go out and cheat, then lie to make money out of it,” Kamyar wrote to Shery, a jewelry designer, who has crafted beaded bracelets for Becks.

He added, “Your hiring Matt (a bodyguard) fits into your vision you are a celebrity... It’s all made up in your mind.”

In a new declaration to the Los Angeles Superior Court, obtained by RadarOnline.com, Shery detailed the “extremely” affluent lifestyle she lead with Joseph for 12 years, before their acrimonious split in August.

She admitted the couple’s Beverly Hills $12 million mansion was on the most “expensive, exclusive, luxurious and coveted” neighborhoods in the area, “home to numerous celebrities and wealthy individuals including Hugh Hefner and Candy Spelling”.

At the time of separation, the pair had five luxury cars, including a Ferrari F430, 2001 Range Rover, 2010 Mercedes SLS, 2009 Mercedes CL 63 and 2008 BMW 5 Series.

Previously, Shery boasted how she had driven a Maserati, Aston Martin and Bentley GT.

While Beckham has dismissed Joseph’s affair claims as “full of fantasy”, a rep for Shery confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the pair had exchanged emails, but described them as “purely business” related.

As RadarOnline.com broke Shery faced questions from her soon-to-be ex-husband's lawyer about six secret emails, that have since been removed from the court file.

Sherry was questioned about the emails during the now settled divorce proceeding, but the judge ordered the evidence be returned to the lawyers and not kept in the court file.

In another declaration to the court, Shery claimed Joseph had tried to ram Becks off the road after he accused her of the fling.

She said the 42-year-old tried to hit the LA Galaxy star's car at the school attended by the Beckham boys and the Shabani's children, 10-year-old Taylor and seven-year-old Tye.

As RadarOnline.com first revealed, Shery claimed her millionaire husband Kambiz, also known as Joseph, had “falsely” accused her of an affair with the former British soccer captain, who is married to Spice Girl Victoria.

According to a court filing obtained by RadarOnline.com, Joseph tendered to Los Angeles Superior Court the emails, the contents of which have not been disclosed publicly and were removed from the court file.

During a hearing last Wednesday, while Shery was on the witness stand being cross examined, Joseph’s counsel, Manley Freid, presented four emails to the court.

Two days later, on Friday, Freid submitted two moreemails and a copy of bank checks, as evidence for the judge to consider in the divorce case.

Again, at that time, Shery was in the witness box being quizzed.

It’s a further twist in the couple’s divorce, after Shery had emphatically denied in an interview with RadarOnline.com, the existence of any emails between her and Becks.

The woman who said her husband accused her of cheating with David Beckham has told RadarOnlne.com there's no way the soccer star's wife Victoria Beckham believes the stunning claim.

And the reason why Posh Spice shouldn't believe it, according to Shery Shabani, is because her (Shery) millionaire husband is a "lunatic!"

"Victoria knows what a lunatic he is!" Shery told RadarOnline.com exclusively in her first interview.

Irma Nici, the former hooker who is being sued by David Beckham for her published claim that they had a fling, is fighting back with her own lawsuit against the married soccer great, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to her attorney, Nici filed her suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court Friday.

Represented by attorney Paul Rolf Jensen, Nici filed a special motion to strike Beckman's libel lawsuit.

"California law does not allow public figures like David Beckham to stifle free speech," Jensen says.  "Maybe he didn't live here in Los Angeles long enough to learn how precious we here consider our rights to tell the truth in print."

The sports superstar, married to singer-turned fashion designer Victoria Beckham, is also suing the magazine that printed Nici's allegations.

Nici's lawyer separately filed a cross-complaint for emotional and physical injuries he says she received when a process server showed up at her New York hotel with Beckham's lawsuit last week.  Her suit claims she was hounded until she had to leave the hotel.

"She was immediately hospitalized as a direct result of this event," Jensen says.  "Beckham is responsible for his goon's conduct, and we will hold him liable for it."

This latest legal action comes on top of revelations in a bizarre divorce case where a multi-millionaire lawyer claims his jewelry-designer wife was having an affair with Beckham.  Both she and Beckham fiercely deny the allegation.

The woman at the center of the David Beckham affair slur has gone back to court on the same day it was revealed her 'delusional' ex-husband had falsely accused her of having an affair with the soccer superstar.

And the close pal of Becks and his wife, former Posh Spice Victoria, has been forced to take extensive measures to protect herself.

Shabani, whose estranged husband allegedly tried to force Beckham's car off the road after becoming falsely convinced he was having an affair with his wife, was being protected by a bodyguard.

A source close to Shabani told RadarOnline.com: “Shery has received numerous physical threats in recent weeks that have left her under close personal protection by a bodyguard on a daily basis.”

The insider added, “She has been followed and watched by strangers which has had a tremendously negative impact on her children.”

As RadarOnline.com revealed, mother-of-two Shabani revealed in court papers how her ex of 12 years was inexplicably convinced she was having an affair.

“On my most recent birthday, in front of the children, he yelled at me: "I know why you're upset, it's your birthday and you didn't get a text message from David Beckham!’” she wrote.

On another occasion, after police responded to reports of a domestic disturbance, Shabani claims her husband insisted officers include in their report that she had 'f***** David Beckham.

“He inexplicably demanded that the officers include his statement in their report” so he could leak it to the media, she claimed.

Millionaire lawyer Kambiz, who is also known as Joseph, is subject to a restraining order after Shery alleged that he shoved and struck her during an incident on August 17.

Beckham has hit back at the affair allegation today, saying: "As with another recent story, this is another tale full of fantasy.”
