Sexy Sharon Stone proved she is a cougar worth her stripes on Monday night when she had dinner with not one, but two, younger men at LA's Phillipe Chow restaurant.
An onlooker tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that the Basic Instinct star, 51, was getting very friendly with her boy toys. "They were feeding her red velvet cake and she was giggling like a school-girl -- a naughty schoolgirl.

Sharon Stone captivated a nation of teenage boys uncrossing her legs in 1992's Basic Instinct.
Seventeen years later, she's still at it: the actress -- now 51 with three kids -- will bare her breasts in a bondage outfit on the cover of French Magazine Paris Match.
The actress is unabashed when it comes to showing off her stuff.
“I'm a person who feels that if it’s appropriate for the character I'm playing, or the mood of the piece, then [posing nude] is no big thing,” she said.

If he wins his lawsuit against Sharon Stone, Peter Krause is going to get a little less money than he might have thought he would thanks to a lawsuit filed late last week by the State Compensation Insurance Fund. Krause (not the Six Feet Under star, by the way) says he was a visitor to Stone’s home in 2006 when he fell down a hill on her property, sustaining numerous injuries. He filed suit against the actress in 2008. Now, according to legal documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the Insurance Fund wants a piece of the action. They’ve paid out nearly $70,000 in disability payments and medical benefits to Krause, and they are demanding repayment out of “the proceeds of any satisfaction of judgment or settlement of plaintiff’s case.” The State Compensation Insurance Fund’s attorney Deborah Zexter had a “no comment” for RadarOnline.com about the case.

The beautiful women of American Idol past and present oozed glam and fashion on the red carpet in their return to the Nokia theater for Wednesday's season finale of the top-rated show.
Idol winner-turned-multi-platinum star Carrie Underwood fluttered in a hot pink, jeweled chiffon Jenny Packham number, while season two's Kimberly Caldwell dressed up her rockstress style in an 80s inspired black and emerald flounce dress. And not to be outdone, popstar-turned-Idol judge Paula Abdul glimmered in gold from head-to-toe (literally, with the help of a fake tan).
In Cannes, blonde beauty Diane Kruger looked elegant and sophisticated in an ivory silk chiffon Marchesa gown, and Sharon Stone turned back the clock, recapturing a hint of her Basic Instict sex appeal in a black Balmain mini dress with train.

Style conscious gals went handsomely chic this weekend in black slacks, be it at the airport or on the red carpet -- Beyonce, Cameron Diaz, and Katie Holmes were all fashioned out in the lean look of the black pant. Sarah Jessica Parker opted for her usual flounce dress with a flower (we're over it), Sharon Stone went for an Hervé Léger by Max Azria curve-clinging dress, and Jaime King went tacky at Tao for her 30th! There were some absolutely fab and other dreadfully drab looks that hit our Style Radar.

Sharon Stone's Secret Civil Lawsuit Revealed

Among the many perks offered to the famous, actress Sharon Stone has inadvertently called attention to one such controversial bonus--secrecy in messy legal matters.
According to court papers, Stone, age 51, has been embroiled in a civil lawsuit with her former entertainment lawyer William P. Jacobson since last November, for which documents and proceedings have been sealed and kept in extreme secrecy.
The level confidentiality given to Stone's case resemble that of National Security issues, reports say.
