Lindsay Lohan is adjusting to the sober life, after being court ordered to abstain from all alcohol and non-prescribed drugs and fitted with a SCRAM bracelet to ensure she sticks to the rules.

Lindsay turned up for her first probation meeting Thursday, where it is expected that the terms of her mandated random drug testing will be implemented. From Thursday on Lindsay could be called to be tested 24/7, and a refusal to test will register the same as a dirty test – so she better be on her best behavior!
But RadarOnline.com has learned that just because she can't partake in any party favors doesn't mean she's sitting at home sipping tea - that just so wouldn't be la Lohan's style!

Wednesday night Lindsay paid a visit to hot Hollywood club Las Palmas and despite being sober, spending the night guzzling Red Bulls and water instead, it didn't stop her from being the life and soul of the party.

"Lindsay seemed in great spirits," an eyewitness tells RadarOnline.com. "She was all smiles and was really chatty with everyone, she looked totally happy and healthy.
"She was even joking at one point that the SCRAM bracelet has really cut down on her fashion choices as she's kind of stuck with wearing bootleg jeans so no-one can see it.

"There were quite a few celebrities there - Emile Hirsch, Adam Levine, Danny and Chris Masterson, and Shane West and she was flitting around talking to everyone all night.

The Sundance Film Festival wouldn’t be complete without the swag suites, where the stars stock up on free gear and goodies. As the celebrities depart from snowy Park City loaded with new products and toys, let’s break down who took what home.
At the Talent Resources Sky Suite, Jon Gosselin picked up an AMC Theatres Premiere pass, valid for two movie passes a day for a full year, some UrbanEars headphones, Axe shower gel and fragrances and Perky Jerky – beef jerky infused with guarana for energy – which was likened to eating a beef flavored can of Redbull, by one of their marketing executives. But not all celebs thru the door were as greedy: Runaways stars Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart skipped most of the booths and instead signed a limited edition Burton snowboard, which will later be auctioned off for the American Red Cross to help support relief efforts in Haiti.

At the Fred Segal Fun lounge, stars like Jessica Alba and Marisa Tomei went to great lengths to avoid the public. “Jessica came after the suite closed,” a spy shared with RadarOnline.com. “She didn’t want to deal with the media or the crowds, so she showed up very late and modestly pulled only two bags of stuff” from vendors such as Charlotte Ronson. Tomei “really wanted her swag, but hid in a corner and sent her assistant to pull Emu boots and jewelry and bring them to her to try on. “She kept peeking her head around the corner to tell her assistant which vendors to go to next,” said our witness. Lil John and his entourage were the opposite; they stayed for two hours, picked up hoodies and jackets from Parish Nation and KR3W, and even did shots at the bar.

Above TAO Lounge at The Lift, the Lia Sophia gifting suite loaded up stars like America Ferrera, Edie Falco and Shane West with jewelry, Diesel watches and sunglasses and Under Armor jackets and hats. “America didn’t want to take pictures with most of the products,” laughed our spy. “She’d look to her publicist who would politely say that America couldn’t be shot with her swag.” Pregnant Amanda Peet wasn’t feeling very photogenic either when she dropped by the Conair Styling Suite to pick up a bag of hair products and dryers.

The best spot for free stuff? The MySpace café at The Lift which fed anyone with a pass for free. But they also allow fans to gather right outside the diner’s doors and “Holy Rollers” star Justin Bartha encountered some brazen fans after a meal there. Bartha, who dates Ashley Olsen, was asked by one loitering admirer, “Can I date your girlfriend’s sister?” to which he laughed and said “No!"

There was, but he was a little smashed up after having a few drinks.
Shane West, who played Dr. Ray Barnett on NBC’s mega-hit hospital drama ER, needed some patching up when he tripped and fell on his face in his own backyard after having a few drinks, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Fresh from partying at Boulevard3 in Los Angeles and watching Katy Perry perform, the good doctor and some of his pals decided to take the party back to his house, an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com.

Shane had a few drinks at the club and continued drinking at home. So maybe it was the alcohol or a hole in the ground or an untied shoelace but before you could say, “What the hell is Jay Leno doing on every night at 10?” Shane was face down in his backyard. The faceplant left him black and blue and cut up in the middle of last week.

Poor Shane was so embarrassed he kept a low profile for the next several days. But he couldn’t hide for long because he had to fly out of the country to tour with his band The Germs.

They never officially confirmed they were a couple but we all know they were. Shane West and Evan Rachel Wood were together earlier this year at the premiere of his movie Whatever Works and spotted hand-holding out on the town, many, many times in recent months.

But several spywitnesses tell RadarOnline.com that Shane stepped out with a new female friend Monday night at the club Bardot.
Yes, Bardot, the same Los Angeles club where Shane and Evan were spotted earlier this summer, holding hands, cuddling and looking all (unofficially) romantic.
But Evan was nowhere to be found when our peeps spotted Shane at the bar buying a vodka and cranberry drink for himself and a white wine for the lovely brunette girl with him. They headed to a table in the smoking section and were all over each other. (We couldn’t help staring. Sorry.)
Shane and his new lady held hands, put arms around each other and yes, we saw him grab her butt. That, we’re pretty sure, is a sign of more than friendship.
Calls to both Shane and Evan’s reps by RadarOnline.com weren’t return, so apparently no one wants to address the uncoupling of the unofficial couple!

The cast and crew of NBC's hit "ER" said their farewells Saturday night with a wrap party at Social Hollywood club and RadarOnline.com was on the scene.
The network has toe-tagged the hit drama after 15 seasons, with the final episode airing Thursday, April 2.
Fluids were administered (not intravenously) from behind the bar Saturday night as the series' biggest stars partied.
