Hurley and Warne got engaged when the bad boy bowler proposed during a golfing trip to St Andrews in Scotland and the British beauty is over the moon.

"Thanks for all your congratulations," she wrote on her Twitter page along with a photo of her and Warne, 42, just moments before the dinner where he publicly popped the question.

The model/actress turned swimwear designer, 45, is now sporting a beautiful sapphire and diamond engagement ring.

Elizabeth Hurley has finally filled for divorce from her husband Arun Nayar, four months after announcing they had separated, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The model-turned-actress-turned swimsuit designer filed the paperwork in London Friday citing "unreasonable behavior" on Nayar's part as the cause.

Elizabeth, 45,  who became famous due to her high profile relationship with actor Hugh Grant, married the Indian born textile heir on March 2 2007.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, on December 12, 2010 she revealed on her Twitter account that she and Nayar had been separated for several months. The admission followed media reports that she had been engaging in a romantic relationship with Australian cricketer Shane Warne.

According to the UK's Daily Mail, Hurley never signed a pre-nuptial agreement and could stand to lose a portion of her estimated $21 million fortune.

Since her split, Hurley's resumed her film career.  She's now in Los Angeles shooting Wonder Woman.

Only a week after a British newspaper published photographs of a married Liz Hurley in a passionate embrace with another man, the actress/model has dumped the pro cricket player...for cheating on her! That's the latest claim by London's News of the World who published video of Hurley and Shane Warne together in their original story.

Now according to the Daily Mirror Warne was sexting another woman, also married, while simultaneously pursuing Hurley.

The other woman (Not including Warne's wife) is Adele Angeleri, the wife of millionaire Australian lawyer and businessman Denis Angeleri.  He went public with the more than 100 messages his wife received from the "horny" cricket superstar, including one he sent on the same day he was texting Hurley.

As RadarOnline.com reported, after her affair with Warne was exposed, Hurley confessed to her marital woes.  "Not a great day," she Tweeted on December 12.  "For the record, my husband Arun and I separated a few months ago.  Our close family & friends are aware of this."

Hurley and super-rich Arun Nayar were married in 2007.  But if she thought her romantic future was with Warne, she'll have to think again.

"My advice to Liz would be to steer well clear of him," Denis Angeleri said.

Hurley's longest romance was with Hugh Grant.  It ended after 13 years when he was arrested while having oral sex with a hooker.

Hurley's Tweet comes on the heels of Britain's News Of The World story alleging the actress is having an affair with cricketer Shane Warne. The newspaper has pictures and even explosive video of the two kissing, and says that they spent the night together Wednesday at London's Bentley Hotel.

After ending her 13-year romance with Hugh Grant in 2000, Hurley soon began dating Indian textile heir Nayar in 2002. The two wed lavishly in March 2007 -- first at a castle in England, and then at a palace in Jodhpur, India.
