Shahs of Sunset star David Golshan got an unexpected letter from a young fan with a disturbing message, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained a copy.

David, 32, isn't an official cast member of the hit Bravo series, but he's a major player in the first six episodes as a good friend of main cast member Reza Farahan.

The newest Bravo reality show, Shahs of Sunset is just one episode down, but it’s already gone into booze fueled battle territory -- and RadarOnline.com has a sneak peek of the screaming catfight.

On the heels of controversial, top-rated hits like the Jersey Shore and the Real Housewives and Kardashian franchises comes the Shahs of Sunset, Bravo’s newest offering which centers around the lives of a clique of well-to-do young members of Los Angeles’s Persian community.

Among those viewers will get to know include: Golnesa -- i.e. G.G. -- a jobless socialite content to live off her father’s riches; Mercedes, a luxury real estate agent and admitted “party girl;” Sammy, a real estate developer

Sounds like a cross between the Kardashians and the Real Housewives, but this up and coming group of reality stars is determined to do more than just become famous for being famous.

One of Hollywood's most historic landmarks is losing its name, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned a reality-TV star wants to buy the rights and name it after himself.

David Golshan, an international comedian who was recently featured on Millionaire Matchmaker and will be appearing on Ryan Seacrest's new reality show, Shahs of Sunset, is putting together a multi-million dollar bid to buy the naming rights to the Kodak Theatre from CIM Group, who currently owns the building.

Kodak filed for bankruptcy on January 19 and on Wednesday the company requested that its name be removed from the infamous Kodak Theatre — for which they entered into a $75 million 20-year deal with CIM about 10 years ago.

Details of the agreement have not been released, but insiders tell RadarOnline.com that David's been speaking with other private investor groups and some celebrity friends to invest and give the theatre a new modern makeover and rename it 'The Golshan Theatre.'

Bravo's new series, The Shahs of Sunset, will chronicle the lives of six young Persian-Americans living in Beverly Hills, and RadarOnline.com has uncovered their legal woes.

According to a press release from Bravo, the new show will, "follow a group of friends who are trying to juggle their active social lives and up-and-coming careers while balancing the demands of their families and traditions.  These passionate socialites are fervent on the dating and party scene, but seeking approval from their families they face pressures to settle down and marry within the community. 

“From outings on Rodeo Drive to traditional Persian feasts at home, this series celebrates the unique lifestyle of a group of friends who have worked hard for what they have and are not afraid to flaunt it."
