Disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner and his wife Huma Abedin went for a walk in New York Wednesday with their super cute baby son Jordan and RadarOnline.com has the photos.

Greg Kelly and the woman who is now accusing him of rape met by chance on a New York street.

She told him he was "so cute."  Kelly, the host of Good Day New York and the son of New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly, was flattered and stopped to talk to the attractive brunette.

What followed was about 48 hours of marathon sexting ahead of their mid-October date, reports The New York Post.

“The texts were explicit,” a source told The Post.  “They were sexual. They talked about what they wanted to do to each other. It was two days of foreplay.”

Kelly and the 29-year-old paralegal and model-wannabe also spoke by phone and exchanged e-mails before meeting up, the source said.

On the night of their date, the woman reportedly told her boyfriend she was going out to meet a female friend.  But after just a couple of drinks in a popular bar, she and Kelly headed back to her Manhattan law firm, and had sex in the office.

That's where she is now saying Kelly, a decorated former Marine, raped her.

To outsiders, she never indicated anything had gone wrong with Kelly. In fact, the source told The Post the two had many more texts about arranging another date. In total, there were 17 text messages between the two.

“You don’t text your rapist — other than to say, ‘You’re awful'," the source told The Post.

But the woman, whose brother is an NYPD officer, insists she was sexually assaulted by Kelly. She claims she’d had so much to drink that she was incapable of rejecting his advances.

The woman has also claimed that she became pregnant as a result of her encounter with Kelly, and had an abortion.

The investigation into the unnamed woman's claims is being handled by the District Attorney's office to avoid any conflict of interest.

Kelly has taken a leave of absence from his TV duties. His lawyer is vehemently denying the allegations, and insists the investigation will prove Kelly's innocence.

"Traci has been shopping her book around to various publishers," a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

"As far as I know, she doesn't have any bites yet...but she's confident she'll get a book deal, and it'll be a juicy best seller."

The political couple are staying at Le Sirenuse resort which is a private family-owned retreat that is "furnished with all the comforts of a luxury hotel while maintaining the atmosphere of a private home," the company's site says.

Weiner and Abedin have been seen enjoying dinner together with friends at the hotel's restaurant, according to the NY Post.

"They started at the champagne and oyster bar where they met another couple," the source shared. "From there, two other couples joined them and they went downstairs to the main room for dinner."

The resort is a favorite with celebrities like Reese Witherspoon who recently went there with her husband Jim Toth on their second honeymoon. Accommodations cost up to $4,889 for a two-bedroom suite with a double whirlpool bath that overlooks the ocean.

Abedin, who is one of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's top aides, has not been seen very often with Weiner after he was forced to give up his political career.

When images of the 46-year-old posing shirtless with a bulging pair of briefs came to light, Weiner eventually admitted to sending inappropriate photos and text messages to at least six women.

He married Abedin, 35, in July last year and she is said to be due to give birth to their first child on New Year's Eve.

But this picture obtained by RadarOnline.com shows the ex-congressman simply can't stay away from the very gadget that landed him in hot water in the first place.

With his eyes firmly on his phone and Huma Abedin's on the menu, the couple looked far from intimate during a tense lunch at La Bottega in New York.

Weiner - who hit headlines after tweeting a photo of his bulging briefs to a woman - barely even looked at his wife, and according to an eyewitness she "looked miserable".

While they did share a plate of pasta, they did not appear to share much conversation.

Weiner resigned on June 16 following a string of sexually charged conversations he had with women over his cell phone and the internet.
