Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart decided to “get out of Dodge” Friday afternoon. They left their Hollywood Hills home with their two dogs and several suitcases – perhaps to escape the constant scrutiny they’ve been under since their nude video surfaced.

The Grey’s Anatomy star and his actress wife were caught on tape in the buff with former beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche. Their goofy bed-to-bath romp has been an Internet sensation and also caught the eye of the Los Angeles Police Department who confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the contents are being investigated for any indication of illegal activity.

Los Angeles Police Department vice detectives are reviewing the DVD showing the nude bed-to-bathtub romp of Eric Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart and former beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
In a statement to RadarOnline.com, the cops said: “On July 30, 2009, an unnamed source provided the LAPD’s Detective Support and Vice Division, with a copy of a DVD. According to the source, the DVD contained images that could link celebrities engaging in illegal activity. The LAPD was in the process of reviewing the voluminous files contained on the DVD when the story was leaked to the media. No determination has been made as to whether or not the DVD contained any information that could be used for a criminal investigation.

For the first time ever, Paris Hilton speaks candidly about the infamous sex tape in which she starred, in the documentary premier of Paris, Not France.
Airing tonight at 8:30 p.m. on MTV, The documentary was directed by Adria Petty, Tom Petty's daughter. The documentary was shot during a year in the life of being Paris Hilton.
Paris tells RadarOnline.com, "I'm not a cartoon character. I don't want people to feel bad for me, but it's very hard to be subjected to constant scrutiny by the public. More than anything, I want this documentary to be a lesson to young girls."
"If a private, intimate moment that was never intended to be made public--it could happen to them also. It's something that haunts me to this day. It's embarrassing to know the whole world has seen the sex tape."
Paris has no shame about the tape anymore.
"I have nothing to be ashamed of. I know that now, as I'm older and more mature. It was nothing I planned. I want young girls to never put themselves in that situation I was in. Don't ever let someone talk you into doing something you don't want to do."
Adria tells us the Paris she knows, isn't the one the public sees, "the person I got to know is beyond clever, and and funny. It was truly refreshing in comparison to the person the public thinks she is."

BREAKING NEWS: Court Stops Release of Real Housewives "Sex Tape"

Danielle Staub, one of the stars of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, scored a victory in a New Jersey court on Wednesday.
The break-out personality of the Bravo reality series, Staub won a temporary injunction barring the release of a "sex tape" made by her ex-boyfriend Stephen Zalewski pending a hearing next month.
"We are attempting to right a wrong that has been committed," Staub's attorney Darren Del Sardo told RadarOnline.com. "According to the defendant, a sex tape does exist, and we are going to ask the defendant to produce it in court if it does. But we feel that it is something that should remain private between two consensual adults and not be exploited."
Staub maintained that Zalewski was trying to get back at her because she broke up with him last year. She's been quoted as saying she was videotaped without her knowledge. She has sued him for invasion of privacy, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Mindy McCready “Absolutely No Comment” on Sex Tape Rumor

The latest celebrity to get caught in a sex scandal? Country music star Mindy McCready.
When asked about the rumored existence of a sex tape featuring the singer, her rep rold RadarOnline.com “absolutely no comment.” So since there is no official denial, a tape could be floating around after all!
Leading adult website AVN.com confirmed through several sources that the tape is in existence and it will be released. The contents of the tape, the distributor, and the release date have yet to be known.
McCready rose to fame in the 1990’s with hits like Ten Thousand Angels and Guys Do It All the Time. She also grabbed headlines for dating actor Dean Cain. They were engaged for a bit before eventually splitting.
