Dr. Drew Pinsky says that reports that Lindsay Lohan is the subject of a criminal investigation because of an alleged assault involving a former Betty Ford staffer, are disturbing, but not that shocking.
"It's obviously not a good sign for Lindsay that she is having these sorts of outbursts, but it is not unusual," the board certified addiction specialist told us in an exclusive video interview.
"The fact is she is still in treatment, she wasn't discharged from treatment, so it's not as though she was non-compliant with the treatment process. It's more that there was some sort of conflict evolved that was inappropriate. We don't know to what extent the staff was responsible for this," Pinsky said

Jesse James has emerged from rehab no longer wearing a wedding ring and the father of one of his mistresses has cast the first stone.
“If my daughter would drop him, then why would a woman of Sandra’s caliber stay with him?” said Denny McGee, the father of Michelle “Bombshell” McGee. Bombshell was the first woman to publicly admit an extra marital affair with Jesse. She works as a stripper and is heavily tattooed.

“Michelle decided she never wanted to see him again after she saw him on the Oscars because she realized he had lied,” Denny told RadarOnline.com. Denny and his daughter have maintained that Jesse told Michelle his marriage was over during his affair with her. She also said that Jesse told her he and Sandra were waiting to make the announcement of their split but she realized it was all a lie when they turned up together at the Oscars.

Bullock has been keeping a low profile since Jesse’s cheating scandel first broke. On April 20th photos surfaced of her hiking in Northern California without her wedding band. Jesse has spent the last month in the Sierra Tucson rehab facility and was home with his kids Monday in Huntington Beach, California. He has been linked to at least five women in extra marital affairs.

Jesse James was snapped at his Huntington Beach, California home with his kids Monday, after spending the last month at Sierra Tucson Rehab Facility in Arizona, and RadarOnline.com has the new photos of the disgraced reality TV star.

James, 40, took his girls to school in the morning before jumping on one of his many choppers and heading to work in Long Beach, California. Jesse -- whose marriage to Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock was shattered by revelations of his widespread cheating -- was spotted NOT wearing his wedding ring. Bullock, 45, was also seen last week without her wedding ring while on a hike in Northern California.

As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, James was undergoing treatment at the Arizona facility in a last-ditch effort to save his damaged marriage.

Tiger Woods flew out of Orlando on vacation Monday with his children – but without his wife Elin, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
Tiger and his wife are not meeting up and in fact are far away from each other, RadarOnline.com learned.

People reported that Elin went to visit her ailing mother who is having private treatments in the U.S. but People did not know the location. “Elin is not meeting up with Tiger,” a source who knows them told RadarOnline.com. “They practically went in opposite directions.”
Elin has grown increasingly cold toward Tiger since he returned to golf and she has not moved back in with him. But she hasn’t given up on the marriage either. Instead she’s exerting her independence and as RadarOnline.com has reported she has taken two short trips away from him recently.
This trip will keep them apart longer.

And while most of the world is siding with the Oscar winner going it alone, we thought we’d be fair and ask the experts whether there’s any chance or…better yet, any reason for Sandra to want to salvage her broken marriage to James.

RadarOnline.com spoke to a marriage and family therapist as well as to an addiction specialist who weighed in on the issues.
“Jesse James fits the category type of a serial cheater,” Dr. Bethany Marshall, a family and marriage therapist and author of the book Dealbreakers: When To Work On A Relationship And When To Walk Away, told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “It’s the narcissistic, self-absorbed guy who has a lack of empathy and lack of regard for his wife or partner. In this case, even if he stops cheating, the lack of empathy will be evident in every other aspect of their relationship anyway, so it’s not fixable even if he stops cheating. If Sandra decides to stay with Jesse, the marriage will be completely compromised, and why wouldn’t she want to be with somebody who would completely cherish her?”

Addiction specialist and CEO of Hills Treatment Center in the Hollywood Hills, Dr. Howard Samuels, agrees, but says Sandra isn’t necessarily innocent in this situation either.
“Sandra Bullock’s picker is broken,” Says Samuels. “In my practice I find that a lot of people pick unavailable men or women. Even though they may get married, they pick people who can not truly be intimate in that relationship. If you have someone in that relationship who has been lying and cheating for years, there’s obviously something wrong with Sandra that she would have picked someone so dysfunctional in relationships.”

Samuels explains, “Jesse, without question, is a sex addict. But guess who picked him? Sandra! She has to take responsibility. If she’s ever going to get healthier in her relationships, she can’t be a victim.”
Following in the footsteps of Tiger Woods, Jesse James checked into rehab in Arizona for sex addiction. Both experts agree that sex addiction is a legitimate disorder, but say it’s not likely that a short stay in rehab will “cure” James of his past behaviors.

“Sex addiction is the result of someone who can not have intimacy in their lives,” Samuels said. “I believe there’s hope for anyone with addiction. But because Jesse is so attracted to strippers, and that seems to be his drug of choice, he seems to be a bottom feeder. That’s unfortunate because that means he’s coming from a very damaged place himself. As a result he has a long way to recovery.”

“In this case, the damage is so great, it can’t be repaired,” Marshall adds. “And that’s when it’s too much, when the damage and the humiliation is profound. He [Jesse] humiliated Sandra publicly. In this case, the cheating came out as she was achieving her greatest success, which suggests envy and a wish to tear her down, and that’s going to be evident in other aspects of their relationship as well.”
