Nancy Kerrigan's brother Mark was sentenced Thursday to the maximum two and a half years in jail, one day after he was convicted of assault, but acquitted of manslaughter, related to the January, 2010 death of his 70-year-old father.
In a brief statement before sentencing, Mark Kerrigan told the Massachusetts court, "I love my father. I miss him very much.

Charlie Sheen's day is about to get worse.
When the Two and a Half Men star is sentenced Monday in Aspen, Colorado for allegedly threatening his estranged wife Brooke Mueller, famed Los Angeles based attorney Gloria Allred will be outside the courthouse, holding a news conference with a mystery client, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Allred sent RadarOnline.com this email confirming that she will be there: "Yes. I am in Aspen. Yes, I will have a press conference outside the courthouse after the sentencing today with my client who would have been a witness in the case. I am not providing my client's name at this time, but will provide the name at the news conference."

Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis is not expected to receive any jail time at his scheduled sentencing Friday morning in Los Angeles Federal Court for filing false tax returns and bribing Nevada jail workers in exchange for food.

As part of his September guilty plea, Francis agreed to pay $250,000 in restitution, $10,000 in fines and receive credit for the 301 days he spent in a Nevada jail. He will also receive a year of supervised release.
Chris Brown Sentenced; Ordered To Stay Away From Rihanna For Five Years

Chris Brown was sentenced to 60-months felony probation and ordered by a judge to attend a 52-week domestic violence program, perform 56-weeks of community service and he must perform manual labor in his home state of Virginia. He was also fined $2,500 by the judge.

Brown was also ordered not to have any contact or phone calls with Rihanna for the next five years and to stay away at least 100-yards away from her unless at an entertainment event, then he must stay at least 10 feet away.
During sentencing, Judge Patricia Schnegg warned Brown, "I am not immune to the chatter on the airwaves." Meaning she has heard reports that Brown and Rihanna were communicating and she warned Brown that he will be violating his probation and could go to jail if he keeps it up.
Brown was also ordered to appear in court every three months over the next year for progress reports with the judge.
The singer, looking serious and wearing a pinstripe suit was accompanied by his mother, two other family members and attorney Mark Geragos to court.
Brown pleaded guilty to assaulting Rihanna in June. He was arrested after the pair fought hours before February's Grammys.

Madoff Sentenced to 150 Years in Prison

On top of living a life sentence of disgrace in the eyes of the American public, Bernard Madoff- the mastermind being the largest Ponzi scheme in U.S. history- was also handed a judgment of 150 years in jail on Monday morning.
"I don't ask for any forgiveness," Madoff told U.S. District Judge Denny Chin.
