Snooki, J-WOWW, The Situation and the gang were snapped moving out of the show's house in Seaside Heights on Monday.

Among the fashion oddities we saw on moving day: Snooki wearing high-heeled boots with a cut-off shirt that read, “I [heart] my Italian Stallion;” The Situation wearing a green T-shirt that read, "The Shirt Before The Shirt," and Pauly D, ready for battle in a pair of camouflage shorts.

Jonathan Manfre, the man arrested outside the Jersey Shore party house on Sunday may be facing legal trouble, since his case has been turned over to the Ocean County New Jersey prosecutor's office RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Manfre, 32, a close friend of Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, was arrested for "possession of a controlled substance" after he tried to enter the MTV party house at 3am on July 24 when cops found a "white powdery substance."

According to Deputy Chief Michael Mohel "the case will be reviewed and a decision will be made as to whether or not the case will be presented to a grand jury for prosecution."

There was an arrest made at the Jersey Shore house over the weekend, but it wasn't for anyone in the rowdy cast, believe it or not.

RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that a friend of Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, a "white powdery substance," at the New Jersey party house about 3 a.m. Sunday morning.

Detective Steve Korman with the Seaside Height Police Department told RadarOnline.com exclusively that Jonathan Manfre, 32, "attempted to get into the MTV house and he came in contact with security along with Seaside Heights off duty security.

There's no rest for the wicked! On their second day back on home ground J-WOWW, Snooki, Sammi 'Sweetheart' Giancola, and Deena Cortese got straight back to the grind... embarking on a little GTL.

The Jersey Shore babes stormed a Seaside Heights salon first up to top-up on their tans. The reality TV quartet know the best way to obscure all that pasta indulgence is with a sleek, dark, or... orange tan.

The gym seemed to be next on the agenda as all the ladies donned workout gear, though Deena's ensemble seemed slightly less comfortable than her counterparts, as she tugged at her tight shorts.

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi took a break from the Sunday funday revelry of the Jersey Shore to attend an autograph signing to benefit a local animal shelter as part of her court-ordered community service, and RadarOnline.com has all the pictures for you.
