Beautiful Girls singer Sean Kingston has been served with a civil summons and complaint in connection with a lawsuit to be filed alleging he was involved in the gang attack of a woman, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Kingston, a friend and touring mate of Justin Bieber, was served Friday night with the legal docs, linked to an incident that allegedly occurred after a concert in 2010 in which Kingston opened for the Baby singer.

Ho, Ho, Ho -- Justin Bieber has recorded a Christmas song with Usher.

The 17-year-old pop star is making a festive album and was joined in the studio by his mentor  to duet on a Yule Tide hit.

Justin tweeted: "just finished a late nt in the studio for the christmas album...it is OFFICIAL...my big bro @UsherRaymondIV is on the album with me! #EPIC (sic)"

The Baby singer insists the track is very Christmassy and he is really pleased with what he and Usher have produced.

Sean Kingston made his first carpet appearance since his near fatal jet ski crash on Memorial Day weekend.

Kingston -- wearing a bright red vest, white t-shirt, jeans and gold jewelry -- posed on the “blue” carpet at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards in Universal City on Sunday.

The Jamaican-American singer, 21, later made an appearance on stage, after a warm introduction from Tyra Banks, who said: “I could not be more excited to welcome back to the Teen Choice stage, our friend Sean Kingston!”

Sean Kingston made a surprise appearance on stage with Nicki Minaj Friday night, the first since his devastating jet ski accident.

The crowd went wild when Kingston joined Minaj on stage at the American Airlines Center, but no one seemed more excited than Sean himself.

"Just killed it on stage with the lovely @nickiminaj," Sean wrote on his Twitter page.

"Feels good to be back on stage!!!  I'm alive...strong, and better than EVER."

And in a reflective mood, Kingston tweeted, "From every would there is a scar, and ever scar tells a story.  A story that says, I survived."

Kingston was in a horrific jet ski accident just two months ago and his recovery was far from certain when he was airlifted in critical condition to a Miami hospital.  His recuperation appeared to be complete last night, as he moved easily across the stage.

Minaj is out performing with Britney Spears as part of her Femme Fatale tour, and Kingston gave the headliner a Twitter shout out as well, thanking Nicki and Britney for "one kick ass concert."

Another jet skier managed to pull both from the water as rescue workers raced to the scene. Kingston, 21, was transported to Ryder Trauma Center.
