Los Angeles powerhouse attorney Gloria Allred will hold a news conference at noon EST Tuesday to reveal details of a lawsuit filed by nine former cocktail servers at an Atlantic City casino who claim they were fired because their bosses wanted them to wear sexier uniforms to attract younger customers to buy more drinks.

The mother of Laci Peterson has dropped a wrongful death lawsuit against death row inmate Scott Peterson who was convicted of murdering his wife and their unborn child. Peterson's lawyer tells RadarOnline.com that the dismissal is only further proof of his innocence.
"It has been in discussion sometime on whether to drop this legal acton," says Pat Harris. "We were prepared to go forward. Scott is an innocent man."
