They’ve dealt with a cheating scandal, drug problems and a domestic violence arrest and are still newlyweds.
Clearly Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen have one of the most scandalous marriages in Hollywood.
And now that Charlie has been caught with a paid escort, Brooke is living at their home and taking care of their twin boys, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Brooke Mueller “is doing extremely well in her new rehab facility,” and can see her twin boys “whenever she wants,” a member of her family exclusively told RadarOnline.com on Tuesday.
Charlie Sheen’s wife has battled alcohol and drug addiction over the years and recently checked out of The Canyon in Malibu, with her lawyer claiming the facility breach her privacy. Published reports say that some of her personal information was faxed to media outlets.

Her family was outraged by the breach of medical records, but has told RadarOnline.com that Brooke is fairing much better in the new rehab facility. “She is getting healthy and is happy to be in the new place,” the family member said.
Brooke’s brother Scott Mueller told RadarOnline.com: “The staff should not be leaking information about my sister that was totally wrong – I hope she continues to get better in the future.

A mother of twin boys, Max and Bob, Brooke can see them “whenever she wants,” the family member told RadarOnline.com.
The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services visited the children at their home with father Charlie Sheen on Sunday night at the request of the Pitkin, Colorado county Department of Children and Family Services because of the altercation between Brooke and Charlie on Christmas day.

Brooke’s family maintains that her lawyer will still be looking into legal action against the Canyon rehab facility for the alleged breach.
Her whereabouts have been the subject of conflicting statements by members of her team. One relative told RadarOnline.com that she left rehab to stay with a friend. Another source claimed she went right to another rehab facility and her lawyer then said she is continuing her treatment in a facility in a private home!

On Monday, Brooke Mueller’s brother Scott admitted to RadarOnline.com that he is “concerned” about his sister after her husband Charlie Sheen reportedly held a knife to her throat.

The celebrity couple is stating publicly through lawyers that they want to repair their shattered marriage following their violent Christmas morning altercation which ended with the Two And A Half Men star getting arrested. But multiple sources tell RadarOnline.com that Mueller wants out of the marriage. Scott – who attended the couple’s wedding in May 2008 – has vowed to do anything he can to help his sibling through this trying time.

“Obviously, like any brother would be I’m concerned about what happened to my sister,” he said. “I really care about her and I hope that everybody ends up happy and I’ll do what I can as a brother to support them.”

However, Mueller was non-committal when asked if he thought his sister should remain married to Sheen who has a long history of reckless behavior involving drugs, alcohol and the opposite sex.
He said that his sister “was doing better” since the incident that sent shock-waves through Hollywood but he didn’t know if she had spoken with her estranged husband.

Judge James Boyd put it in place a protective order after Sheen was arrested on two felonies and one misdemeanor on Christmas day after Brooke called 911 and told cops that her husband held a knife to her throat, choked her and threatened to kill her after she told him she wanted a divorce.
