Beautiful Sara Canning has taken America by storm in her role as Jenna in the CW's smash hit, and People's Choice award winner for favorite new drama, The Vampire Diaries. She gave RadarOnline.com all the new details about her upcoming onscreen romance and her new real-life roommate.

"I was living on my own for the first part of the season," Sara said about her arrangements in Atlanta, Georgia, where the show shoots. But now she has plans to room with co-star Nina Dobrev.

The legal troubles for the sexy quartet of Vampire Diaries stars accused of flashing motorists from a Georgia bridge last month are over.

A Monroe County court spokeswoman told RadarOnline.com “The girls did not show up.  They each forfeited the cash bond of $500 that they paid for the bonding company.”   Nina Dobrev, 20, Candice Accola, 22, Kayla Ewell, 24 and Sara Canning, 22, (along with photographer Tyler Shields and extra Krystal Vayda) were booked at Monroe County Sheriff’s Department on disorderly conduct charges following the Aug. 22 incident.

“It’s over, they forfeited $500 and Judge Geoffrey Davis dismissed the case since they forfeited the bond.  He is not issuing a warrant; it’s over since the county got the money from the bonding company.  All six people failed to appear so they each forfeited $500 for a total of $3000.”

A spokesperson for Tyler Shields told RadarOnline.com today: “Tyler has no intention of asking the girls to re-pay him for the money that he lost in this incident.

“He did the gentlemanly thing by posting the bail in the first place so that they could all be released quickly after they were charged.”

The producers of the hot new show The Vampire Diaries defended their young stars in a video interview with RadarOnline.com and say the actresses are innocent of charges that caused a recent run-in with the police.

The alleged flashing incident involving four young female stars from the CW Network's new smash hit The Vampire Diaries has taken a new twist.

Fashion photographer Tyler Shields - who was taken to the police station and forced to post bond along with the hot young stars - is demanding an apology from law enforcement and a refund of the $6,000 bond he put up to get them out. His representative also told RadarOnline.com that a lawsuit against authorities is being "investigated" in connection with the incident.

RadarOnline.com broke the story exclusively that four stars from the CW show had been accused of flashing while photographed by Shields on a bridge in Forsyth, Georgia. Police showed up, took the stars and the photog to their station, and forced them to post bond on disorderly conduct charges.

Four young stars from the CW Network’s hot new show The Vampire Diaries have been  busted for flashing motorists from a bridge.

Drivers in Forsyth, Georgia got an eyeful as they drove past the intersection as the shapely young stars were doing a promotional shoot .

Stars Nina Dobrev, 20, Candice Accola, 22, Kayla Ewell, 24, and Sara Canning, 22, all ended-up sinking their teeth into some jail food after they were charged with disorderly conduct charges.

Photographer Tyler Shields and actress Krystal Vayda - who does not appear on the show – were also charged.

According to the police report from Monroe county Sheriff’s Department Deputies Morgan and  Jackson responded to a call at Rumble Road Bridge at 3.42 pm on August 22  after reports that several kids had been hanging and flashing from the bridge at the I -75 northbound intersection.

The officers reported that when they arrived on the scene they made contact with five females and one male standing on the bridge.

Police  informed them of the complaints and Shields told them that he was a photographer and that he was taking pictures for a TV show that was due to air in September.

Officer Morgan checked his cameras they discovered various images of females hanging, sitting and straddling the bridge.

One photograph even showed one female being held by her legs by the other female as if they were trying to throw her over.

The officers then instructed them to show some identification before taking them to the Sheriff’s Office and booking them for disorderly conduct.

Tyler Shields posted $4000 in fines and described the police as having a ‘flair for the dramatic’

Vampire Diaries premiered on the CW Network last night and averaged 4.84 million total viewers, according to Nielsen overnights.
