Britney Spears’ former manager Sam Lutfi is NOT stalking Lindsay Lohan – but he did send her a text message, according to the actress’ dad Michael Lohan.

“I don’t know how Sam got Lindsay’s number but what I do know is that Sam Lutfi only sent Lindsay one text which said negative things about Dina,” Michael revealed to RadarOnline.com in exclusive interview.

“I don’t know what his deal is but I told him, ‘Don’t you ever text my daughter again.’”

A permanent restraining order has been slapped against Britney Spears' former associate, Sam Lutfi, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

A judge in Los Angeles granted the request Tuesday.

Lutfi must stay away from a former roommate, Samuel Barth, and have no communications with Barth, his mother, or his brother. Barth, an aspiring actor from Virginia, moved into Lufti's Los Angeles neighborhood in early 2010. He says their friendship went south after he moved in with Lutfi rent-free.

Sam Lutfi, Britney Spears’ one-time friend and self-proclaimed manager who was accused of harassing and threatening an entire family, is being investigated by the FBI, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Lutfi had a temporary restraining order slapped against him by Samuel Barth, an aspiring actor from Virginia who moved into Lufti’s Los Angeles neighborhood in early 2010.

"Sam Lutfi gained access to Samuel Barth's email accounts, Twitter and Facebook accounts,” said a source, familiar with the law enforcement investigation.

“Lutfi also did the same thing to Samuel's mother Deborah's email and even impersonated her to friends and family in electronic communications.

“All of this evidence has been turned over to the FBI.

“The FBI is actively investigating all text messages, email, Twitter and Facebook accounts that were compromised by Lutfi."

A hearing is set for September 28 to determine if there is enough evidence to make the temporary restraining order permanent.

Calls seeking comment from Lutfi were not returned.

"Mr. Lutfi began to insist that my mother was ‘evil,’ and my family relationships seemed unhealthy...Mr. Lutfi was a concerted effort to turn my minor sister against our mother, incessantly calling, emailing, and texting about me and our supposedly unhealthy family life."

A judge granted a temporary restraining order for Samuel Barth's mother, Deborah, his brother Nathan, and his minor sister Torey.

Lutfi is also accused of hacking into Samuel's Twitter and Facebook accounts and gaining access to his mother Deborah's email. Deborah states in a sworn declaration, "I have never actually met Mr. Osama Lutfi and have no desire to have any contact with him...Mr. Lutfi has persistently stalked and harassed me, repeatedly calling and sending my family, my friends and me unwanted and unsolicited text, chat, and email messages....even tried to disrupt my relationship with my minor daughter, offering her a cell phone she could use to avoid my supervision, suggesting he send her airline tickets to Los Angeles, and urging her seek a court order to terminate my custody."

A hearing to make the restraining orders permanent has been set for September 28. Calls to Lutfi seeking comment weren't immediately returned.
