Miley Cyrus is firing back at fans who have threatened her good friend, Kelly Osbourne after the controversial birthday cake she presented to Miley spawned rumors of illegal drug use.

The former Disney star was filmed at her 19th birthday party on November 22 saying: “You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake -- you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, after Miley’s risqué comment, Kelly jumped straight in, quipping: “I thought salvia was your problem, Miley."

Miley Cyrus was late for the birthday party Kelly Osbourne threw for her Tuesday night, but she made up for it with what she told the crowd.

The birthday cake she was presented was decorated with the face of the late Bob Marley, the legendary reggae artist.

In video of the party obtained by The Daily, Miley very clearly says, “You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed."

Her friend Kelly then jumped in saying, “I thought salvia was your problem, Miley."

That was a reference to Miley's videotaped incident, where she smoked salvia from a bong, something she later called a "bad decision".

Miley's party was thrown at Beacher's Madhouse Club at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. Her parents, boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and pal Rumer Willis were all there to celebrate her19th birthday.

Miley Cyrus told the March edition of Marie Claire that she regrets smoking salvia, the supposedly-hallucinogenic herb that's legal in California, because it set a bad example for her young fan base, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Cyrus was asked if she unfairly judged, as some of her peers are smoking things that ... aren't legal.

"They're not Miley Cyrus," she said. "They're not role models."

When Miley Cyrus took a bong hit of salvia she probably didn’t realize that smoking a legal substance would create such a scandal — or profit.

RadarOnline.com has learned the bong she supposedly smoked is being sold and one website is in negotiations to purchase the water pipe for a whopping $70,000!

The website Room110.com has been negotiating with the owners to buy the bong, as Zack Taylor first reported.

On Friday, a video of Miley Cyrus inhaling smoke out of a bong surfaced and while initial reports downplayed the substance since it has legal status in California, RadarOnline.com has learned that salvia has very serious effects similar to those of LSD.

“It’s a psychedelic drug, a hallucinogen and has the same effects as LSD,” Clare Kavin, a registered addiction specialist and administrative director of the Waismann Method, told RadarOnline.com. While salvia was originally used in Mexico during religious ceremonies, Kavin says those in the US use it strictly for its hallucinogenic properties that can lead to disturbing behavior.

“It can cause psychosis, your motion sensors are off, you can feel like you are in two places at the same time, you have 2-D visions,” she added. In the video, a rambling Cyrus can be heard saying: "I'm having a little bit of a bad trip. Is that a Liam lookalike -- is that my boyfriend? Is that me tripping? Does that look like Liam at all? I want more of that s---.”
