Nightclub Sues Promoter For Failing To Deliver Kim Kardashian

The Palladium Nightclub in Modesto, Calif., is suing a promoter because the club owner paid over $15,250 to have Kim Kardashian make several nightclub appearances, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. Mark Reeder of Logantown Entertainment is accused of failing to deliver Kardashian for a number of agreed nightclub appearances. Kim isn't included personally in the lawsuit which was filed in Modesto.

The court docs state: "Plaintiff agreed to pay for and defendants and each of them agreed to provide an artist known as Kim Kardashian to perform in Modesto, Sacramento and Salinas, Calif. In connection with that agreement, the plaintiff caused to be advanced to defendants and each of them the sum of $3750.00 toward the Sacramento engagement, $5750 towards the Salinas engagement, and $5750.00 towards the Modesto engagement. In reliance on the agreement, plaintiff expended sums for the purchase of flyers, posters and tickets, and paid for radio advertising. These sums total in excess of $15,250.00."

On Saturday, RadarOnline.com published a photo of Lady Gaga getting into the spirit of things in Texas by wearing denim jeans and hand-made boots.  Now we know the incredible story behind the vest she was also sporting the afternoon before her Austin show.

Gaga's striking red vest was made by one of her biggest fans, Christopher Roa, a Sacramento make-up artist and painter, who goes by the name Mr. Make Up.

On Saturday, RadarOnline.com published a photo of Lady Gaga getting into the spirit of things in Texas by wearing denim jeans and hand-made boots.  Now we know the incredible story behind the vest she was also sporting the afternoon before her Austin show.

Gaga's striking red vest was made by one of her biggest fans, Christopher Roa, a Sacramento make-up artist and painter, who goes by the name Mr. Make Up.

He took his own 1980s vintage leather vest and applied dozens of studs by hand.  He painted on a triangle representing the LGBT community and Gaga's favorite symbol, a unicorn, reported The Sacramento Bee.

Roa then went to Gaga's March 23 show in Sacramento, and waited for an opportunity to toss the vest on stage as a birthday present for his hero.

She not only picked it up but the singer wore it through several more songs!

Gaga said it was the best birthday present she ever got -- she turned 25 on March 28 -- and Roa called the whole experience a thrill of a lifetime.
