We don't know if if is because the movie bombed and it's a good promotional stunt...but....the scene has been put back in for the upcoming DVD and Blu-Ray releases.

One judge was clearly not amused. The other two judges were more adept at hiding their feelings but it was hard not to see the absurdity of the situation as a three-judge panel listened to plaintiff's arguments why their lawsuit against the makers of the movie Borat should go to a jury.
Sacha Baron Cohen: 5 Things You Didn't Know
RadarOnline.com was in Manhattan appellate court on Wednesday when several cases were combined into one appeal. All of the cases center on Sacha Baron Cohen's hit movie Borat, with plaintiffs arguing they were duped into signing a release at the last minute and that they didn't realize the movie was a mockumentary.

The plaintiffs had already lost in lower court rulings but are seeking to have those decisions overturned and the case go to a jury trial.
One plaintiff who showed up was Michael Psenicska, the driving instructor terrorized by Borat's erratic driving. In one classic scene Borat, with Psenicska in the car, yells to a female pedestrian that he'll pay her $10 for "sexy time".
Other plaintiffs represented were etiquette teacher Kathie Martin and Cindy Streit, the owner of an etiquette company. Borat bought etiquette lessons and in the movie, at a dinner party, gets horrified reactions from other diners when he brings a bag of human waste to the table.

The plaintiffs argued the release they signed was not valid. Only one judge was cantankerous in his questioning of his lawyers and did not appear to be a fan of the movie!
Sacha Baron Cohen: 5 Things You Didn't Know

Who is Sacha Baron Cohen aka Borat/Ali G/Bruno? Is the comedian closer to his Ali G character, or is he more like Borat from Kazakhstan? Or maybe, Bruno, his latest character, is he real man behind the man…well, you get our thrust.
Ask Men has discovered five things we bet you don’t know about Sacha Baron Cohen.
1- Sacha Baron Cohen used to be an actual male model
Behind the Borat mustache, Ali G do-rag and nude ass of Bruno, is an actual good-looking man. Before becoming a comedian, Cohen worked as a male fashion model and he appeared in a number of fashion magazines. His slim, 6-foot-3 figure does make him perfect for that world. Reportedly, the stint inspired Bruno. Just how much nude model ass did he see before he cracked into the character? We wonder if we'd really like to know the answer to that.

Bruno is the top film in America, but don't count on the Sacha Baron Cohen comedy to tear up the box office in the Ukraine -- the culture ministry for the ex-Soviet state announced Wednesday it has "decided to ban all showings of this film on Ukrainian territory."
The ministry said the film presented "artistically unjustified exhibition of sexual organs and sexual relations, homosexual acts in a blatantly graphic form, obscene language, sadism [and] anti-social behavior" in coming to its decision; nine of 14 panel members approved a complete ban on the film.

During the first ten minutes of the show Tuesday, the ladies of the round table repeatedly used graphic language when talking about the raunchy new Sacha Baron Cohen comedy Bruno.
The uncomfortable conversation -which featured Barbara Walters saying "I don't like to see close-ups of (bleep) " - then morphed into a chat about "pleasuring oneself".

Sacha Baron Cohen's Bruno claimed the top spot at the box office this weekend with a $30.4 million intake, defeating Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, which finished second and third, respectively.
Bruno, which follows the antics of a flamboyantly gay Austrian fashion reporter, made half of its money Friday, with a stellar $14.4 million intake; its Saturday ($8.8 million) and Sunday ($7.2 million) totals fell dramatically, but the film still staved off the aforementioned blockbusters for the box office crown.

Given the time difference in taping, Jimmy Kimmel was the first late night chat show host to tackle Michael Jackson--choosing to make jokes rather than eulogize.
In a clip from his opening monologue, Kimmel expressed sympathy for "poor Farrah Fawcett," as he felt she "picked the wrong day to go."
Furthermore, Kimmel pointed out that the late Jackson's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame was just outside his set on Hollywood Blvd, but unreachable at the time because of the red carpet premiere of Sacha Baron Cohen's new film Bruno.
