‘Her Royal Hotness’ Pippa Middleton is celebrating her 28th birthday Tuesday!

Pippa looked chic as always as she  grabbed some coffee on her way to work on a rainy London morning.

The socialite sister of England's future Queen was born the second of three children with Catherine, now the Duchess of Cambridge, being the oldest. Brother James is 26.

Kate Middleton has made perhaps the biggest decision of her entire wedding.  She's selected the designer who will create her gown, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The identity of the designer is still the most closely-guarded secret in London.  "It's Miss Middleton's intention to keep the dress a secret for her bridegroom on their wedding, as is every bride's prerogative," explained a palace spokesman.

But the commission for the dress is definitely in place with one of the city's top designers, reports People.

The betting is on Bruce Oldfield, a source tells RadarOnline.com.  Kate's mother and sister were recently seen at his store.  He was also a favorite of William's mother, Princess Diana.

William and Kate have only until April 29 to get all their plans in place, but they got a bit more practice at the whole wedding thing Saturday when they attended the nuptials of their friends Sarah Stourton and Harry Aubrey-Fletcher.

Prince Harry and Princess Beatrice (daughter of Fergie and Andrew) were also there for the service at St. Andrew's Church in North Yorkshire. England.  Kate was dressed in a black velvet coat -- all the better to show off her dazzling sapphire engagement ring.

William, Kate and 8 Royal Weddings airs Sunday night on TLC.

The dashing prince was in Wales, working a shift with his helicopter search and rescue team, while beautiful Kate was in England with her family.

Fortunately the Prince is now off until January so it's expected we'll see them welcome in the new year together.

As for their life together as husband and wife, the Archbishop of Canterbury Dr. Rowan Williams, who will preside over their wedding, said yesterday, "As the prince and his fiancee get ready for their new step into solidarity together, they will have plenty of inspiration around them, more than you might sometimes guess from the chatter of our culture."

Kate Middleton is getting practice at being a royal princess. Prince William and his bride-to-be attended their first post-engagement announcement public event Saturday, and RadarOnline.com has the pictures.

The couple attended the Thursford Christmas Spectacular, a fundraiser for the Teenage Cancer Trust.  All the proceeds from the event are going to the construction of a new wing to Addenbrooke's Hospital, specifically to treat teens suffering from cancer.

Kate was accessibly fashionable in a black and white dress with black jacket as she stood side-by-side with William.  He'd been invited to the bash by a close friend who is on a Cancer Trust committee.

William and Kate will marry at Westminster Abbey April 29.

Testino, who was a favorite of Princess Diana's, has also previously shot William on several occasions.
