Jersey Shore cast member Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola is accused of punching bar patron Kristen Deminco in the eye, and now the attorneys involved in the case are in a war of words even before a lawsuit has been filed, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

“Sammi shares the sentiments of her lawyer, in that it’s all a non-issue and there’s nothing to be alarmed about.” Sammi’s attorney James Leonard told RadarOnline exclusively.

The Jersey Shore cast is known for their late-night partying and club brawls and their number of fights have skyrocketed- along with their lawsuits- during the current filming of the second season. RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the reasons behind the rise in raucous.
“All this fighting is ridiculous and I think they might just be fighting for face time,” says a friend close to the cast.

RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that MTV has been searching for new “bigger, bolder and more brazen” cast members to add to the house and there have been rumors that some of the current cast will be replaced.

“I heard they are going to be cut really soon and that puts a lot of pressure on them to be noticed,” the source said.

Snooki has been involved in three bar fights in the last few weeks alone and on May 7, there were three additional Jersey Shore fights at the Miami hotspot Dream. That night added yet another lawsuit to the growing list of suits filed by clubgoers against cast members, MTV and the production company.

However, it's not just the cast who has heightened their behavior while the cameras are rolling. Vacationers and onlookers looking for their slice of fame have targeted the Jersey Shore crew, often heckling them in hopes of inciting a reaction.

“I realize that they are constantly being provoked by clubgoers who want to be on camera, but sadly they’re starting to live up to their stereotype,” the source adds.

Radaronline.com previously reported a comment from one bystander that got in a fight with Snooki. The bystander admitted to some zeal over seeing themselves on TV regardless of how they got on it: ”I regret getting her upset but I can’t wait to see it on TV.”

One told the New York Post: "Mike and 'Pauly D' pulled up in a black Escalade with New York plates at 9:30 Thursday morning blasting house music and parking in a 30-minute loading space in front of David's Cafe, off Lincoln Road, as dozens of locals were standing in line for their morning coffees... prompting them to roll their eyes and whisper to each other, 'When do they leave?.”

The Jersey Shore has officially landed in Miami, shooting the second season of the mega hit reality series, but has run into a complication. The cast is being denied access to some Miami hot spots that don’t want the trouble of dealing with all that accompanies their appearances.

While Ronnie and Sammi grabbed headlines with their tumultuous relationship, the Jersey Shore couple who actually endured the ups and down of fame is Jenni "J-WOWW" Farley and her boyfriend Tom Lippolis.
Tom exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com that the couple has also had their fair share of issues thanks to reality television.
Sharing new photos with RadarOnline.com, Tom also shed new light on the real JWOWW and their relationship – plus how it survived her reality TV antics.

“She had to do what she had to do” Tom said about Jenni’s make out sessions with DJ Pauly D. “But it did bother me and we had some problems.”
Lippolis explained the their unlikely courtship finally gained steam only two days before Jenni left to film the MTV show.
"We had a lot of meetings but neither of us were even interested. I was like she's not my type and she was like he's not my type. But then we started
talking and got into each other," Tom said. “I spent the night at her house.
It was the night before the show arrived at her door with a ticket to go. So we officially started dating two days before she left for the show.
"We were totally not looking for each other and then we just found each other.”

While the show only took about six weeks to shoot, it did not air for nearly six months. By the time the show premiered, Lippolis and Farley were already
living together and the images of Farley caused a few waves in their relationship.

The two are close and remained true to themselves as Farley and the Jersey Shore cast skyrocketed to notoriety.
"We never expected this mega stardom, we didn't even realize that it was going to be that big. I mean you even forget that it's going to be a TV show
while they were filming it," Tom told RadarOnline.com.
“We do everything together. I travel to all of her appearances. I am the only one she trusts. So she basically makes me travel with her. I am her
road manager, I do all her managing. I’m going to be running her clothing line when she’s gone shooting the second show.”
The fact that their romance blossomed before stardom only cements their bond. “At this point if she was to get with anyone else she couldn't trust
them because they would be with her for the wrong reasons and she understands that.” Tom told RadarOnline.com.
As for a wedding on the Shore? "I see a long future together. I will be doing business with her and If I we weren't so young at this point we would
probably be engaged already.” Tom said.
