A Jersey Shore star has hid a secret criminal past for years, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Star Magazine has uncovered Jersey Shore cast mate Ronnie Ortiz-Magro lied about being arrested for drugs and drunk driving.

Ronnie was arrested in 2009 after cameras on the hit MTV reality show caught on tape a vicious fight between the beefy New York born star and another man outside a bar in Seaside Heights, New Jersey.

The on/off couple broke up at the end of the reality show's third season, but they appear to be be back on track as they shared a PDA outside the pizzeria where all the cast members arel working.

Their romance has blossomed once more during filming in Europe, but as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the group will soon be heading back stateside.

"The cast is heading home from Italy on June 20th and will spend the rest of the month and July finishing off filming season 4 in Jersey," confirmed a source at MTV.

The new season premieres on August 4th 2011 at 10pm on MTV.

They're in one of the most romantic countries in the world, so it's no that surprise sparks are flying between Jersey Shore cast members while filming in Italy.

Sammi  "Sweetheart"  Giancola and on-again-off-again boyfriend Ronnie Ortiz-Magro were snapped kissing on a Florence street, and RadarOnline.com has photos of the steamy clinch.

Joseph A. Raia, the lawyer for Ronnie Ortiz-Magro from the MTV smash hit Jersey Shore, told a judge in Tom's River, New Jersey on Monday that the beefy MTV star will submit an application for a pretrial intervention program in connection with a pending assault charge.

The charge is in connection with a two-year-old incident in which Ronnie punched a man as the show's cameras rolled, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Ronnie, 25, allegedly knocked out a man named Stephen M. Izzo, 27, with one punch, after an exchange at a Seaside Heights, New Jersey bar on September 4, 2009. The incident was broadcast in an episode titled One Shot.

With not a fist pump in sight, Jersey Shore’s Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola celebrated her 23rd birthday in style Friday night at the famed STK steakhouse in New York.

Dressed stylishly in a tight fitting black mini dress with lace detailing, the starlet looked happy and excited as she headed into the restaurant.

We don't know if reality stars collided, but as RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kate Gosselin was in the same eatery celebrating her birthday.

Noticeably absent from the festivities though was Sammi’s on-again-off-again boyfriend Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.The relationship appears to be on for the moment – the pair were spotted March 16 celebrating at Tenjune, a nightclub in the Meatpacking District of New York.

Just this week Sammi unveiled her new jewelry collection for RichRocks with bling inspired by her ‘sweetheart’ self.

It looks like Ronnie Ortiz-Magro could have a career as a dancer when those Jersey Shore days are over.

The reality star was in Vegas Saturday night to guest host the Chippendales show at the Rio, and RadarOnline.com has the pictures.

Ronnie clearly enjoyed the experience, getting into the spirit of things by stripping down and joining the dancers onstage, much to the delight of the audience.

And because Ronnie has a new t-shirt line called "Jersey Laundry," the Chippendale dancers wore his T-shirts during one number while he wore one of their costumes.

Despite Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's recent indictment by a New Jersey grand jury on an assault charge stemming from an episode of the reality TV show, his manager exclusively told RadarOnline.com that the Jersey Shore star is free to travel abroad.

"As of now, he is free to travel wherever he chooses and has a clean criminal record," Ronnie's manager Matt Cohen told RadarOnline.com.

"Until he is actually convicted of a crime, he can go wherever he wants."

MTV has apologized for airing a portion of the Jersey Shore Reunion Special during which cast members and the show’s host made insensitive comments about a possibly transgender individual.

The segment began with a clip of Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino hitting on a clubgoer that his fellow castmates taunted was  “a tra**y.” They added, “If you have to think about it, it’s a tra**y. Stay away.”

Then there were shots shown of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro wearing a dress and a large man in a bikini and a Halloween mask. The show’s host Julissa Bermudez then chimed in asking Mike, “Who was that tra**y? What was up with that?”
