Private investigator William Dear has penned a new book with the stunning allegation that Jason Simpson, not his father O.J., murdered Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman on June 12, 1994.

In O.J. Is Innocent And I Can Prove It, Dear says he's spent the last six years investigating the case.

Dear claims O.J. was at the murder scene but not until after his ex-wife and her friend had been stabbed to death, and that he uncovered substantial circumstantial evidence pointing to Jason being the killer.

Bank Foreclosing On Jailed O.J. Simpson's House

Posted on Jan 16, 2012 @ 01:00AM - 9 comments

By Radar Staff

JP Morgan Chase has started the foreclosure process against O.J. Simpson's Florida home, but there's just one problem. According to court records, the bank's process server has made repeated attempts to serve the former football great and actor at the house!

Note to Chase: O.J. Simpson is in prison! Try serving him at 1200 Prison Rd., Lovelock, Nevada. He's been there since 2008!

After being found not guilty of murdering his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman, Simpson was found liable for their deaths in a civil suit brought by the Brown and Goldman families.

In an effort to escape the $33 million judgment against him, OJ bought a house near Miami in 2000 for $522,000, taking out a mortgage for $575,000.

Simpson was convicted on armed robbery and kidnapping charges in Nevada in 2008, and continued to make payments on the place until 2010.

With overdue principal, interest, fees and penalties, the debt is now close to $725,000!

OJ's lawyers are fighting the foreclosure.  They've filed a response calling JP Morgan Chase's foreclosure filing "vague."

Good luck with that one.

Kris Jenner's New Book Rips The Lid Off The O.J. Simpson Murder Case

Posted on Oct 29, 2011 @ 01:00PM - 41 comments

By Radar Staff

Kris Jenner is known as the ultimate momager, the woman who catapulted her daughters Khloe, Kourtney, and Kim Kardashian to stratospheric fame.

But before that, Kris was famous as the ex-wife of O.J. Simpson "dream team" attorney Robert Kardashian and as one of Nicole Brown Simpson's best friends.

Now, for the first time, Kris is speaking about O.J.'s murder trial -- and secret evidence only she has known -- in her memoir, Kris Jenner...and All Things Kardashian.

PHOTOS: Kim Kardashian Celebrates Her 31st Birthday In Las Vegas

Only Radar has an exclusive look at her blistering attack on O.J., of whom Kris says, "I never believed O.J., not for one second."

The abusive Simpson marriage ended in divorce in 1992 but Nicole's fears about O.J. became worse after the split.  Kris writes that Nicole told her, 'He's going to kill me and he's going to get away with it.'

PHOTOS: Kim Kardashian Moves Out

"She was a wreck," Kris writes. "She was convinced that someone was looking in her windows and climbing through her bushes in the middle of the night. She became convinced that the person spying on her was either O.J. or someone sent by O.J., who was obsessed with what she was doing when he wasn't with her. She told me that she was being stalked, and she believed it was O.J."

When Kris -- along with the rest of the world -- learned on June 12, 1994, Nicole and her friend Ron Goldman had been murdered, Jenner writes, "I instinctively knew that in some way O.J. had something to do with her death."

Kris was in limited contact with her ex-husband Robert during the trial -- they'd divorced in 1990 and she'd since married Bruce Jenner -- she found herself unwittingly enmeshed in the details of the case.

While driving in L.A. shortly after the murder, for example, she found herself stopped at a light next to Robert and O.J. When she called Robert to figure out what they were doing, just days after Nicole's horrible death, she recalls feeling very suspicious.

"'O.J. was really upset because we had to go to the airport to get his [golf] clubs," [Robert explained]," when Kris called him with questions later that night, she writes. Incredulous, Kris asked why a grieving man would do such a thing, when the airport could just mail them to him. She continues, "'Well, Kris,' [Robert said, "]he was at a golf tournament,'"... referring to O.J.'s supposed whereabouts in Chicago the day after the murder. "'When the police came and took him to the airport and he got on the plane, his clubs didn't make it. They just arrived today.'"

"I thought that sounded suspicious," Kris admits.  So did many others, and the rumor arose that O.J. had hidden the murder weapon, a knife, among the metal clubs so it wouldn't set off security alarms.

Bikini Wars! Battle Of The Booty

Even more suspicious, she writes, "According to Robert, that night or shortly thereafter, O.J. said that he wanted to go for a walk, and he needed to go by himself. He said he needed to go "talk to Nicole." So he went on this really long walk...I'll always wonder what O.J. did on that walk. Did he take the knife out of the golf bag and throw it into a canyon or in somebody's trash can? That still haunts me."

Furthermore, Kris claims she was with Nicole when she bought gloves very similar to the infamous leather version O.J. tried on during the trial, but when he put them on for the jury they were obviously shrunken from contact with a liquid. "It was such a ruse," she laments.

Kris was never called to testify about any of this information or about the domestic abuse Nicole suffered, and it seems she is relieved to finally tell Nicole's side of the story in her memoir.

Kim Kardashian Tries On Many, Many Wedding Dresses

"We couldn't believe it. Not guilty!...," Kris writes, "'Wow, there is no justice for her,' I thought....We were all so devastated."

But ultimately, Kris knew O.J. would fall victim to another form of retribution. "I knew that, on some level, he would suffer for what I felt he did," Kris confesses. "I took some solace in that."

Simpson was later found liable in the deaths of Nicole and Ron Goldman in a civil lawsuit brought by their families. He was ordered to pay them millions but they saw only a few thousand dollars.

It was ironically a case involving his own sports memorabilia that finally put OJ behind bars.

Kourtney Kardashian Buys A Snake!

O.J. is now in the Lovelock Correctional Center near Las Vegas. On December 5, 2008, he was sentenced to 33 years for several felony convictions including kidnapping, criminal conspiracy and assault with a deadly weapon.

Robert Kardashian admitted in a 1996 interview that he had "doubts" about his friend's innocence. He died in 2003 without ever revealing more than that.

Jenner's memoir hits bookstores November 1.

The judge has already compared the media hype to the O.J. Simpson murder case.

The 700 requests for media credentials dwarfs the number issued for the Simpson trial.  The former football great, accused of murdering his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman, was acquitted in the criminal case but later found "liable" for their wrongful deaths in the civil trial that followed.

Casey Anthony, 25, is charged with first degree murder in the death of her then two-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony. The toddler went missing in June, 2008 but Casey didn't report it until a month later.   She was charged with murder that October.

Caylee's remains were eventually found less than a mile from her home.

A week is being allocated for jury selection, which will take place in a nearby county.  They'll then be bused to Orlando, sworn in, and hear opening statements on May 16.

EXCLUSIVE VIDEO INTERVIEWS: Why O.J. Simpson's Acquittal Suit Is Headed To A Museum

Posted on Mar 01, 2010 @ 11:31PM - Add a comment

The suit that O.J. Simpson wore when he was acquitted of murdering his ex-wife and her friend Ron Goldman is being donated to the Smithsonian and RadarOnline.com spoke exclusively with Ron’s father and the lawyers about the case settlement on Monday at the Santa Monica, Calif., courthouse.

EXCLUSIVE: O.J. Simpson's "Not Guilty" Suit To Be Donated To The Smithsonian

Fred Goldman, the father of Ron, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview that the results of the settlement ruled on by Judge Joseph Biederman were a negotiation process.  “Our offer initially was any of the things Gilbert [Mike, Simpson’s former agent] was holding onto should be sold and donated to the Ron Goldman Foundation for Justice.  He refused to do that. Ultimately what’s happening, per the decision there will be an effort to donate it to a museum in the memory of Ron and Nicole.  It’s out of Gilbert’s hands, it’s out of the killer’s hands and neither one of them theoretically can profit from it.”

Goldman said that he is comfortable with the settlement because he did not want Gilbert to sell the suit. “I never wanted Gilbert to continue to have any opportunity to profit from that and hopefully in this case he won’t be able to.”

When asked how he felt about Simpson serving a 33-year sentence in Nevada, Goldman didn’t mince his words to RadarOnline.com: “He’s where he belongs with the rest of the trash in the world.”

The football legend was not in court, but the judge spoke to him via phone at approximately 1:45 pm PST.  His attorney Ronald Slates told RadarOnline.com, “Mr. Simpson was contacted by the judge and asked that I be present and consented to this settlement and said he wanted to make absolutely certain that no one made any profit from this and that it went to a worthwhile institution and that it would in fact benefit those people who had an opportunity to look at that suit.”

Slates told RadarOnline.com how his client feels about the Goldmans. “He feels very sorry that this whole set of circumstances occurred and while he absolutely declares his innocence as the jury had said without question, he certainly has no animosity towards them.”

He revealed what Simpson is doing while serving his sentence in prison.  “He’s working out and doing the best he can under very, very difficult circumstances.”

EXCLUSIVE: Quaids In Court, Case Continued - They Get Served With Lawsuits

Gilbert explained RadarOnline.com exclusively why he agreed to the settlement.  “I decided to donate the suit, not make a profit from it and donated to someplace like a museum. To me, it’s part of American history.”

Fred Goldman’s lawyer David Cook also explained why they felt that the suit should be donated to the Smithsonian.  “If this suit is symbolic of that moment because it really turned Mr. Simpson into a caricature of justice gone sideways then it should sit with the Smithsonian like Dillinger’s gun.”

He added: “If this is justice then there’s some justice. The suit will no longer be in the possession of Mr. Gilbert, the suit becomes a moment in American history.”

EXCLUSIVE: Charlie Sheen's Wife Wants Divorce After Court Case Over

Cook was asked whether the Smithsonian had knowledge of the settlement. “The answer is I don’t know and I don’t believe so,” he replied.

While Gilbert felt the conclusion will never be fully satisfying (“Does this accomplish anything? I don’t know. Ron and Nicole are still dead, they’re never coming back,” he remarked), Goldman’s attorney disagreed.

“I think we ended up with a settlement it kind of got there,” Cook said. “Settlements are kind of a lot like sausage – you don’t want to see how they’re made but you like the results.”

The suit that O.J. Simpson wore in court when he was found not guilty in the murders of his ex-wife and Ron Goldman will be donated to the Smithsonian, RadarOnline.com has learned.

EXCLUSIVE: O.J.'s 'Not Guilty' Suit May Be Given To The Smithsonian!

On Monday afternoon, Judge Joseph Biderman ruled that the acquittal suit, tie and white shirt worn by Simpson will be donated to the Smithsonian.

David Cook (lawyer for Goldman's father Fred), Ronald Slates (lawyer for Simpson) and Mike Gilbert (Simpson's former manager) agreed that the items will be donated as a gift to the Smithsonian or another institution if the Smithsonian declines the gift. The gift/donation will be made "In memory of Ronald Lyle Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson."

Gilbert has thirty days to turn over the items but can ask for a thirty day extension. If he fails to turn them over after sixty days, the suit, tie and white shirt have to be given to a court appointed person to donate.

Judge Biderman confirmed that Simpson also agreed to the outcome. "The court did speak with Mr. Simpson in prison in Nevada on the telephone. Mr. Simpson gave Mr. Slates authority to give a resolution for the settlement," he said.

Slates concurred: "Mr. Simpson gave the authority at 1:45 pm from prison to the settlement."
