Fresh off her six Grammy wins in the U.S. Adele cleaned up over the pond as well at The Brit Awards Tuesday night.

The soulful singer, who racked up a whopping six out of six Grammy Awards on Sunday night, reveals in the March 2012 issue of Vogue that the former flame who broke her heart and moved her to pen such hits as Rolling in the Deep and Someone Like You deserves a little bit of credit – and RadarOnline.com has the details.

The New York Post has named the Rolling in the Deep heartbreaker as Slinky Sunbeam, also known as Slinky Winfield, a 25-year-old musician and actor and part of Adele’s South London circle of friends.

Critically-acclaimed crooner Adele announced on Tuesday that she’s cancelled a 10-city tour that was slated to begin this weekend, and RadarOnline.com has learned it’s because of a hemorrhage into her vocal chord.

The Rolling in the Deep singer posted an emotional letter on her website in which she said she's “experiencing problems with [her] voice.”

The 23-year-old wrote, "its ridiculous i know! i cant believe it myself. i follow all the advice im given and stick to regimes, rules and practices to the best of my ability but it seems to simply not be enough."

Popular British singer Adele has cancelled the remainder of her North American tour.

The Rolling in the Deep singer made the announcement Friday on her official website citing chronic laryngitis as the cause.

“Adele has been forced to cancel the remaining 9 dates of her sold-out North American tour due to ongoing illness.  Adele recently postponed 5 shows under doctor’s orders when she was diagnosed with laryngitis,” the website states.

“While resting in Los Angeles, Adele met with an Otolaryngology specialist who determined it was imperative that she take the next few weeks to recover with absolute voice rest.”
