Robert Rosen, a paparazzi, has filed an amended complaint against Chris Brown and L.A. Fitness, Inc. stemming from an incident on March 13th.
Rosen claims he was roughed up by Brown's unidentified bodyguard and falsely imprisoned by L.A. Fitness employees.
The photog is suing for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, negligence hiring, premises liability, and false imprisonment.
Documents obtained by RadarOnline.com state, "The bodyguard/employee approached plaintiff, picked him up by his short, and physically assaulted him, which was a substantial factor that caused further injuries."
Rosen claims he is now unable to work because of the injuries he suffered.
Rosen has a history of run-ins with Hollywood celebs. Back in 2007 he filed a lawsuit against Pierce Brosnan after Rosen claimed the 007 star hit him in the ribs. The lawsuit was eventually dismissed.

Sports club L.A. Fitness International, LCC has responded to a lawsuit filed by Robert Rosen, the photographer who snapped singer Chris Brown at one of
their Los Angeles locations during his battery drama with Rihanna.
The Fitness Center calls Rosen's claims of malice, oppression and fraud bogus--as Rosen gained access to their Universal City, Ca. location, where
Brown was playing basketball with the friends, under the guise of being a member.
The incident, occurring in May, left Rosen allegedly assaulted by Brown's bodyguards, who were taken by surprise with the impromptu photo shoot. Rosen
claimed that LA Fitness employees blocked his exit.
The gym says no actions on their part meet lawful requirements to be considered fraud, malice or numerous other offenses Rosen claims.

"This is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday," Geragos said of photog Robert Rosen, "[Rosen] has done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this."
Geragos is referring to an October 2007 incident where Rosen claimed to have been struck in the ribs by actor Pierce Brosnan, on a family outing in Malibu. The charges against the Bond star were later dismissed.
As RadarOnline.com reported earlier, Chris Brown is being sued by Rosen for assault and battery among other charges based on a March incident at an LA Fitness gym. Now, we have the photos from the incident when Brown's bodyguards and a gym employee allegedly chased down and assaulted Rosen after he was caught taking photos of the singer.
On March 13, 2009 , Rosen took a photo of Brown playing basketball at the Universal City gym and attempted to flee the premises when some of Brown’s bodyguards noticed him and yelled after him. An LA Fitness employee allegedly attempted to block Rosen’s exit and proceeded to grab his clothing and body. After falling down the stairs, Rosen claims one of the bodyguards “picked him up by his shorts and physically assaulted him, causing further injuries.”
