Denise Richards and Richie Sambora were hand-in-hand on a beach in Hawaii Friday, five days into their all-in-the-family vacation.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported ,on March 25, Denise and her three daughters flew to Hawaii to join Richie and his daughter, Ava, for a getaway at a luxury resort.

Ava, 14, is Richie's daughter with Heather Locklear.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, 49-year-old Ghost star was rushed to a hospital in Sherman Oaks, California on Monday night and is now seeking professional help "to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health," according to her publicist, Carrie Gordon.

As Heather Locklear recovers from an accidental near-overdose, her former mother-in-law, Joan Sambora, is thinking of her.

“I think she will be ok she just has to get it together,” Joan told Star magazine in an exclusive interview.

While she has “not yet” reached out to Heather, she says she has nothing but “kind words” for her.

Heather Locklear was 'out of control' on alcohol and drugs when her sister Colleen called 911 for help, a source has told Entertainment Tonight.

The troubled actress, who has a history of drug and alcohol problems, was rushed to a suburban Los Angeles hospital after her worried sister rang for help.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Heather had been taking Xanax and had been drinking heavily when Colleen intervened.

Less than 48 hours earlier, Heather was visibly intoxicated when she sat courtside at a Laker's game.

"Heather becomes a different person on drugs," the source told ET, adding that her on-again-off-again relationship with former fiancé Jack Wagner has been particularly tough for her to handle.  The fact that he's sober and she's not was the cause of their latest break-up.

Locklear's daughter Ava is now staying with her father, Heather's ex-husband Richie Sambora.

The actress was released from Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center late Friday.

"She is in no danger and she's going to be just fine," her parents Bill and Diane Locklear said in a statement.

Richie Sambora is "really happy" to be back with Denise Richards.

The Bon Jovi guitarist and the actress dated for around a year before splitting in 2007, but recently rekindled their romance and the rocker couldn't be more thrilled.

When asked on the red carpet of Alicia Keys’ Keep a Child Alive Black Ball at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York, he said: "Things are good. I’m really happy.”
