Richard Hatch must have been the toast of his cell block Sunday night.
The original Survivor winner, who's currently behind bars in New York, made a surprise return to Celebrity Apprentice Sunday night along with most of this season’s other eliminated contestants on the (obviously long ago) pre-taped edition of the NBC show.
As we previously reported, the 50-year-old surrendered to U.S. Marshals on March 14 to begin a nine-month prison sentence in connection with unpaid taxes from his $1 million prize for winning the CBS hit in 2000. (Hatch previously spent three years behind bars in connection with another tax evasion conviction.)

Richard Hatch, the original Survivor winner who's currently appearing on NBC's Celebrity Apprentice, surrendered at 12:30 p.m. U.S. Marshals Office in Providence, Rhode Island Monday to begin a nine-month prison sentence in connection with unpaid taxes from his $1 million prize for winning the CBS hit in 2000.
Hatch, 49, was turned down Monday when asking for more time to surrender, so he can organize his business affairs before beginning the nine-month sentence.

Celebrity Apprentice's Richard Hatch is heading to prison on Monday after having been sentenced to a nine-month term for tax evasion, RadarOnline.com is reporting.
Hatch has already served three years for the same crime, but a judge ruled on Friday that he failed to complete the terms of his probation from the initial charge.

Survivor winner Richard Hatch was re-arrested Tuesday by authorities only hours after he appeared on NBC’s Today Show.
Hatch was taken into custody at his sister's home in Newport, Rhode Island where he is under house arrest for tax evasion.
Roy Lyons, Public Information Officer of the Barnstable County Sheriff's Office in Bourne, Mass., told RadarOnline.com on Wednesday that Hatch was taken back into custody because he violated terms of his house arrest by doing the interview.
