The crazed stalker who threatened Madonna in the 1990s has now set his evil sights on Halle, 45, who plans to flee to boyfriend Olivier Martinez’s homeland with Nahla.

“Friends are scared for her life because Robert Hoskins wants to kill her,” an insider told RadarOnline.com. “She is terrified for her safety.

Halle Berry’s alleged stalker entered a not guilty plea Monday to charges of felony stalking and residential burglary, during his arraignment hearing at the Los Angeles Superior Court, RadarOnline.com can report.

Richard Franco, who was arrested after Berry’s security team caught him trespassing on the actresses’ property, is now heading to trial.

Judge Dennis Landin ordered Franco to return to court for a pre-trial hearing on November 28 ahead of a full trial which will start on December 20.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Melissa Widdifield ruled in court Monday that Halle Berry’s alleged stalker be ordered to stand trial.

The decision was made after testimonies from two witnesses during a preliminary hearing to show evidence against Richard Anthony Franco, who has been charged with one count of stalking and one of residential burglary after he was seen on the actress' Hollywood property three times in three days earlier this year.

The 27-year-old man - who is currently jailed on $150,000 bail - was charged after police arrested him outside the brunette beauty's home in July. He has pleaded not guilty to both charges.

UPDATE: Today's hearing was continued until August 4.

Richard Franco, a 27-year-old from Commerce, CA, was arrested around 11pm Monday in the yard of the Oscar winning actress’ home after he jumped over a back wall onto her property.

A man who allegedly trespassed several times at Halle Berry’s Hollywood Hills home was formally charged Wednesday with one felony count of stalking.

The man, 27-year-old Richard Franco of Commerce, CA. will be arraigned sometime Wednesday at the Foltz Criminal Justice Center in downtown Los Angeles. At that time, he’s expected to enter a plea to the charge.

courtroom Wednesday.

Halle Berry has been issued a temporary restraining order -- or TRO -- against Richard Franco, the man who has trespassed on her property numerous times.

According to the TRO obtained by RadarOnline.com, Franco must stay at least 100 yards away from Berry, her home, her daughter, her vehicle and her workplace.
