American Idol finalist Pia Toscano, appearing on Monday's Live! with Regis & Kelly, called her shocking elimination last week "a blessing in disguise. "
As fans of Idol know, Toscano found herself in the bottom three for the first time last Thursday night, and was ultimately the one voted off, while Stefano Langone live to sing another day.
"I feel like it was a blessing in disguise, that has prepared me for this moment," Toscano, who’d auditioned for the show four previous times, told the morning duo. "It's been such a whirlwind.”
