Gessert reportedly spent the night at Reggie’s house on March 16th, after the two met at Sunset Strip bar-restaurant Red Rock. She was spotted leaving Reggie’s house the next morning at 7am. January Gessert, the girl at the center of the Reggie Bush cheating scandal, was busted for a DUI back in October 2009, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

The waitress that shared the heart of Reggie Bush along with his long-time girlfriend Kim Kardashian, was busted for driving under the influence of alcohol which was later dismissed and she was charged instead with disturbing the peace, to which she pled guilty.

January was sentenced to 5 days in County jail or a fine of $150, 12 months probation and restitution and fees totaling $661.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, The National Enquirer claims that Gessert spent the night with Reggie at his Hollywood Hills home on March 16th, the couple had met earlier that evening at a bar-restaurant on Sunset Strip called Red Rock.
