Whitney Port from The City says,"There really is no secret. I wish I had one I could share because if I did I totally would, but the only thing that I basically do is like push ups. If I cant get to the gym...I will go into my bedroom and do push ups." From her sleek arms we would say those push ups are alright with us.

From the hard body wolves of Twilight, Bronson Pelletier says that staying in shape all comes down to diet. "Honestly, after were done filming I love to grab a big cheeseburger." We hear you Bronson and we know a wolf needs his meat.

Who knew drum dance classes would be a way to keep the TV stars in shape?

DNP Random Things

The world is rallying in an effort to send much needed aid, including medical supplies, clothing and food to the earthquake ravaged Caribbean nation of Haiti.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Hollywood is also doing it’s part, with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie stepping up and pledging their support just hours after the news hit of the 7.0 magnitude quake on Tuesday 12th January. Former Fugees band member and fellow Haitian, Wyclef Jean, has been working tirelessly in his devastated homeland through his charity The Yele Haiti Foundation, and Hollywood heart throb George Clooney is using his high profile celebrity to organize a star studded world wide global concert and telethon, Hope For Haiti, which will be broadcast on Friday.

Not to be outdone by the glitz and glamour, the older, more established charities are also rallying, with one of the most respected and well known of them all, The Red Cross, taking the lead.

On Saturday The Red Cross Santa Monica branch will be holding a fundraising event, Youth Run For Haiti. Joining forces with hunky actor Josh Duhamel, The Red Cross of Santa Monica is hosting a 2-mile “youth run” on Santa Monica Beach in California, requesting a $10 donation from participants, with all proceeds going towards the relief effort in Haiti.

After seeing the images of devastation and despair in Haiti, big hearted Duhamel was passionate about getting involved in raising funds. Realizing that traveling to the country in person was nearly impossible, as well as maybe ineffective, Duhamel contacted his friend and personal trainer, Don Brooks of Don-A-Matrix Training, to discuss what they could do to physically make a difference.

A press release from the Red Cross of Santa Monica says, “Committed to health and fitness, Josh wanted to use youth fitness as a vehicle to raise monies for the Haitian earthquake relief.

“Aligned with his advocacy in adolescent diabetes and his passion around youth, Josh has called on all youth and teens to help-"A Life Can Be Saved, One Run at a Time!" Young people around the globe have expressed their heartfelt requests to help in some way. They want to show their deepest compassion for the people of Haiti by helping in any way they can. These youth feel just as Josh does about making a difference.”

To find out more about the event visit their website.

It is estimated up to 200,000 people died in the horrific tragedy, and 1.5 million people were left homeless. If you are not able to attend the event in person you can still help the Red Cross help the poor people of Haiti.

Donations can be made on-line at the Red Cross website or via cell phone: text "HAITI" TO 90999 to donate $10 to the Red Cross' efforts there, amount will be billed to your monthly statement.
