Reality superstar Bethenny Frankel and hubby Jason Hoppy, whose marital woes have been well-chronicled on their Bravo reality show Bethenny Ever After, didn’t look like they were in-step walking in New York City Tuesday with their daughter Bryn.

Bethenny Frankel’s rocky marriage to Jason Hoppy has been the focus on this season of her reality show, and as she sets sail on the high seas she admits that she is in rough water.

“We’re off course,” Bethenny says about her marriage of two years in a sneak peek of the upcoming episode of Bethenny Ever After, obtained by RadarOnline.com.

Bethenny Frankel told The Today Show Monday she recently miscarried a second child she’d conceived with hubby Jason Hoppy. 

“We were pregnant with a second baby and at eight weeks, I miscarried,” the mother-of-one, 41, said. “That was a very emotional experience."

In the upcoming season of Bethenny Ever After,  the most successful Real Housewives of ‘em all, New York entrepreneur Bethenny Frankel, reveals she feels  “tortured” in her marriage.

In a preview clip -- provided to RadarOnline.com by Bravo -- we see a montage of images showing the sexy socialite’s jet-setting life, from appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to hitting the slopes to being stranded out at sea.

Bethenny Frankel has had a whirlwind of success since her Real Housewives of New York days, but she admits her good fortune and hard work have caused some conflict in her marriage.

“I just turned 41, and to be perfectly honest, I unintentionally crammed everything in,” Bethenny explained at the NBC Universal TCA Press Tour. “I got pregnant. I got married eight months pregnant, and now I sold my business or part of my business.  We're just settling into what married life really is without the excitement of a wedding and the baby.”

Bethenny says the strain between her and her husband Jason Hoppy can be attributed to their different upbringings and life experiences, and that’s shown on the upcoming season of Bethenny Ever After.

“We come from totally different backgrounds, and we're going through it,” Bethenny said. “I'm in therapy.  I've always been good at business, but I've always struggled with relationships based on my background, and we kind of get into that this season.

Now, that’s what we call a positive attitude!

Though Kelly Bensimon may have been surprised when she was not asked back for the fifth season of Real Housewives of New York City, the former model has no animosity toward the popular reality franchise.

In an interview in the upcoming December 2011 issue of AVENUE, Kelly explains how Bravo “empowered” her, how the opportunity changed her life for the better and which of her former cast mates is her real and genuine pal!
