Chris Brown's short temper is no secret!
From his assault on Rihanna three years ago to his Twitter rant against post-Grammy critics last week, the R&B singer is infamous for his anger issues.
The latest target of his temper is a flock of seagulls, and RadarOnline.com has photos of the feathered-confrontation!

Brown was enjoying his vacation in Miami, Florida with girlfriend Karrueche Tran Friday when the pesky birds began invading their spot on the beach.
Instead of ignoring the uninvited guests, the tattooed and shirtless F.A.M.E. singer took flight after, them waving his arms wildly and armed only with a bottle of sun tan spray.
Fortunately no birds were hurt in the altercation and it ended peacefully, despite some violent sand-kicking.

Usher could have done with a 'heads up' Monday night after a fan kicked him in the face during a raunchy onstage performance and RadarOnline.com has the painful video.

The R&B singer got the female fan hot-under-the-collar after inviting her up on the Madison Square Garden stage to be serenaded, but things got cool rather quickly when she booted him in the nose.
The pair was engaged in an embarrassing bump-and-grind session on a chaise lounge when things got a little rough.
In an attempt to turn around and straddle the star, the fan lifted her leg high in the air and booted him with her high heel shoe, sending him off balance.

R&B Star Jill Scott Claims Record Label Cost Her Millions

R&B star Jill Scott has filed legal paperwork saying her record label has cost her millions of dollars, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

In an answer to a complaint, Scott alleges she was mismanaged by her record label and says contractual promises were broken.
Independent Record Label Hidden Beach alleges that the multi-platinum singer quit her contact halfway through costing them millions of dollars. As RadarOnline.com first reported in February, Hidden Beach claims that Scott was a virtual unknown when they took a chance and signed her to them a decade ago, and that Hidden “poured it’s heart and soul into making poet and soul and R & B singer and songwriter Jill Scott a superstar”.
But in an answer to the complaint on Wednesday afternoon, Scott’s attorneys denied Hidden Beach is entitled to anything whatsoever. In her cross complaint, she says she worked with the record label for more than ten years, and is exercising protection under California’s 7-Year Rule, which says no contract for personal services (including a recording contract) is enforceable for more than seven years.

Jill Scott, who released six albums with Hidden Records, also alleges that the record label broke contractual promises to her regarding “marketing, promotion and terms of compensation, staffing and recording budgets.”
And, while the record label says they lost millions of dollars, Jill says she also suffered “millions of dollars in damages as a result of Hidden Beach’s mismanagement of her career.”
The cross complaint alleges “In a bizarre and unlawful attempt to hold on to Ms. Scott’s name…Hidden Beach has launched and continues to operate a “Jill Scott” website, a “Jill Scott” Facebook page, and a “Jill Scott” MySpace page.” The cross complaint asks for the record label to “stop misusing her name on internet sites”.
Jill’s attorneys are also asking for a jury trial.
Chris Brown In Court Thursday For Progress Report

R&B singer Chris Brown, who pleaded guilty to assaulting ex-girlfriend Rihanna, is expected in court Thursday at 2 p.m. PST in Los Angeles, CA for a progress report on his community service.
The last time the 20-year-old singer was in court with Superior Court Judge Patricia M. Schnegg, she gave him "an extremely favorable progress report."
Brown was sentenced to five yers probation and has already completed most, if not all, of his 180 days of community labor and has done seven sessions in a domestic violence counseling program.
