The sexy new series Charlie’s Angels is the latest show to be on the chopping block, since ABC cancelled it, even after the ratings were up Thursday night.

The Minka Kelly, Rachael Taylor and Abby Sampson show was given the ax after bringing in low ratings for three weeks in a row, according to Deadline.com.

The Drew Barrymore produced show was rocked with an incident of sexual harassment, which RadarOnline.com previously reported, when a crew member was fired after inappropriately touching Minka Kelly.

Transformers actress Rachael Taylor has been granted a temporary restraining order (known as an "apprehended violence order" in Australia) against her Aussie boyfriend after two alleged unprovoked violent assaults, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The 26-year-old star, who played Maggie Madsen in Michael Bay’s blockbuster, has applied for a restraining order against ex-boyfriend, Matthew Newton, saying she fears "for her personal safety, well being and security” following two “gravely serious incidents” in Italy earlier this month.
