Neither Jake England, 19, nor Alvin Watts, 32, had an attorney present and police have not yet determined which man was the alleged shooter, but they have both been charged with three counts of first-degree murder, two counts of shooting with the intent to kill and one count of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

When asked if the triple murder was a hate crime, Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris replied that it was too early to determine.

A dramatic collision between NASCAR driver Juan Pablo Montoya and a jet-dryer truck sparked a spectacular fire on Monday night that brought the Daytona 500 to a screeching halt, and one patient racer bided his time sitting stationary on the track by tweeting photos of the crash.

Brad Keselowski made the most of the two-hour delay by tweeting a picture of the fireball from his cell phone, which was kept conveniently in his racecar, and tripled his number of Twitter followers as they exploded from 65,000 before the race to nearly 200,000, reported ESPN.com.

The photos of the fireball have since been deleted from Keselowski’s Twitter feed.

Fortunately both Montoya and the truck driver were uninjured, and Keselowski became a Twitter sensation by chatting with followers while he enjoyed the unexpected break.

Beyoncé has been criticized in the past for turning her back on her African-American heritage, and pale-skinned photos from her latest album cover, which make her almost unrecognizable, are sure to add fuel to the fire.

The controversial images are being used to re-promote the 30-year-old singer's fourth album, 4, and show the new mom splayed out on a leopard-print rug dressed in a sexy crocheted body suit that shows off her surprisingly pale skin and platinum blonde hair.

It's not the first time that the Grammy award winning singer has been accused of lightening her look.

Marco Simoncelli Killed During MotoGP Motorcycle Race

Posted on Oct 23, 2011 @ 11:30AM - 1 comment

By Radar Staff

For the second week in a row, the racing world has lost the life of a young star. Marco Simoncelli, one of the rising personalities on the MotoGP circuit, died in crash during a motorcycle race in Malaysia on Sunday.

The tragedy comes just a week after the death of two-time Indianapolis 500 winner Dan Wheldon, who was killed in a 15-car accident in the IndyCar finale at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

The most recent accident occurred when Simoncelli, whose nickname was Super Sic, lost control of his Honda at turn 11 just four minutes into the Malaysian MotoGP. MotoGP is part of the Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix.

The 24-year-old rider's bike then swerved across the track and fatally into the path of American Colin Edwards and Valentino Rossi of Italy, his helmet was ripped off in the collision and he lay motionless on the ground. It was a tragedy seen on life TV, much like Wheldon's was.

After the crash, Simoncelli was taken to a medical center where he died of chest, head and neck injuries, according to ESPN.com.

"He was already unconscious when the medical team arrived," MotoGP medical director Michele Macchiagodena said. "We attempted to resuscitate him but failed. He died 45 minutes later."

Born in Cattolica, Italy, Simoncelli began racing when he was just seven years-old. He won the 250cc world title in 2008, ironically at the same Malaysian circuit where he died on Sunday.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Dan Wheldon, 33, was remembered on Saturday in St. Petersburg, Florida, where thousands of fans came out to honor the race car driver.

John Mayer Drops The "N" Word In Vulgar Interview

DNP Random Things

John Mayer continues to make waves in a controversial new interview.

Speaking to Playboy Magazine, the singer/songwriter dropped the “N” word while discussing his views on race.

John Mayer Calls Himself An A-Hole For Breaking Up With Jennifer Aniston

“Someone asked me the other day, ‘what does it feel like now to have a hood pass?’ And by the way, it’s sort of a contradiction in terms, because if you really had a hood pass, you could call it a n****r pass.,’” Mayer said. “Why are you pulling a punch and calling it a hood pass if you really have a hood pass? But I said, ‘I can’t really have a hood pass. I’ve never walked into a restaurant, asked for a table and been told ‘we’re full.’”

EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: John Mayer’s Wild Night In Gay Bar

The singer then goes on to give his opinion on “being black,” telling the magazine, “What is being black? It’s making the most of your life, not taking a single moment for granted. Taking something that’s seen as a struggle and making it work for you, or you’ll die inside. Not to say that my struggle is the collective struggle of Black America. But maybe my struggle is similar to one black dude’s. I am a very… I’m just very. V-E-R-Y. And if you can’t handle very, then I’m a douche bag. But I think the world needs a little very. That’s why black people love me.”

John Mayer Has Women Throwing Themselves At Him

Playboy asks, “Do black women throw themselves at you?” Mayer responds, “I don’t think I open myself to it. My d*** is sort of like a white supremacist. I’ve got a Benetton heart and a f***in’ David Duke c***. I always thought Holly Robinson Peete was gorgeous. Every white dude loved  Hilary from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. And Kerry Washington would break your heart like a white girl.”

Really John Mayer? Really?
