The Single Ladies singer celebrated the launch of her new fragrance 'Pulse' in New York City on Wednesday in a sequined dress that barely covered her growing bump, and RadarOnline.com has all the photos of the gorgeous mom-to-be.

Dressed in a royal blue micro-mini and matching sparkling blazer, the 30-year-old  singer introduced her third scent to fans at Manhattan's Dream Hotel, and revealed how she thinks every woman should have their own unique fragrance.
