Charlie Sheen will not be allowed to see his estranged twin sons until he submits to a psych exam, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Sheen, 45, hasn't seen the twins since cops made him surrender them to soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller -- the emotional moments all caught on our cameras.

While the terms of Sheen and Mueller's custody agreement have remained confidential, RadarOnline.com has learned one clause -- which Sheen agreed to -- is that he have a full psychological evaluation.

Marathon negotiations have ended in fragile peace between ex Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen and his soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The feuding pair struck a custody agreement over their twin sons Bob and Max late on Thursday.

"Brooke and Charlie have reached an agreement that resolves their differences," lawyers for Sheen and Mueller told RadarOnline.com.

"For the benefit of the children, the terms of their agreement will not be disclosed.

Brooke Mueller is so concerned about her soon-to-be ex-husband, Charlie Sheen's current mental state, that she is demanding he get a full psychological evaluation, a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Sheen's behavior has been growing increasingly alarming and disturbing, showcased over the last four days during his Sheen’s Korner Ustream nightly webcast rants.

"Brooke is extremely concerned for the safety of Bob and Max when it comes to being with their father,” the source tells radarOnline.com. “She is demanding that Charlie get a full mental health examination before he is allowed to have his next visit with the boys.
