Teen Mom Amber Portwood Spending Christmas In Jail For Violating Probation

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood has been ordered by a Madison County, Indiana, judge to spend Christmas in jail.

The troubled 21-year-old was arrested on December 16 for violating the terms of her probation and added a few more offenses to her rap sheet for good measure.

Amber appeared before Circuit Court Judge David Happe on Friday morning via video conference from the Indiana jail where she has been since being picked up by the police.

She was clearly distraught when told that she would stay behind bars until at least January 27, and dropped her head into her hands and rubbed her eyes.

Lindsay Lohan had a low key dinner out with friends Saturday night.

Dressed all in black, with her hair pulled  into a simple ponytail, LiLo and her pals went to Wabi-Sabi Sushi & Asian.

The super-casual eatery is walking distance from Lohan's rented Venice Beach home.

The clock is ticking down for Lohan to check into jail.

Last week she was found guilty of a probation violation and ordered to spend 30 days in the Lynnewood Regional Correctional Facility, reporting no later than November 9.

Lindsay Lohan must report to the county jail by November 9th to serve 30-days behind bars, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Los Angeles Judge Stephanie Sautner made the ruling on Wednesday after determining that the Mean Girls star violated the terms of her probation stemming from her shoplifting conviction.

Prior to the judge making her ruling, Lohan -- wearing a polka dot dress with her hair pulled back in court  --  admitted in court that she did in fact violate the terms of her probation.

The judge handling Lindsay Lohan's probation violation matter, has indicated that she is ready to sentence the actress to approximately 30 days behind bars, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Lindsay will formally admit to the probation violation Wednesday morning at the LAX Airport Courthouse, for failure to appear on multiple occasions at her court ordered community service at the Downtown Women’s Center in connection with her theft case.

"Judge Stephanie Sautner has conveyed to the City Attorney, DA, and Lindsay's attorney, Shawn Holley that she is leaning towards sentencing Lindsay to 30 days behind bars. Lindsay Lohan was back before a judge in Los Angeles Thursday morning for a previously scheduled progress report related to her probation involving the theft of a necklace from a Venice Beach jewelry store.

In court, a no nonsense Judge Stephanie Sautner noted that while Lindsay is not in violation of her probation, she has only completed  four days of her mandatory community service and she warned Lindsay that she must complete the service within the time frame she was given.
