Kate Major just can't let Michael Lohan go.

Since Kate recently completed a stint in rehab, Michael exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that she fell off the wagon two days ago, is flat broke, has been following him around — and is even trying to get herself pregnant with his baby!

"Kate is flat broke and facing a lot of charges right now. She's been showing up every place I am! At the hospital, at my house," Michael claims.

“She is heading back to LA now. She is so late and very worried. She has an appointment with the ob-gyn on Wednesday in Beverly Hills,” a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Gastineau was spotted buying a pregnancy test in New York over the weekend. She was in town to celebrate the birthday of good friend and manager Darren Bettencourt and to promote her Tres Glam jewelry line.
