Sandra Bullock's husband, Jesse James' mistress number 3, Brigitte Daguerre, has come forward to state that she won't cash in on their alleged affair, something RadarOnline.com has learned is not exactly true.

"I've had a few offers for $30,000 to tell my story, but I have turned the money down," Daguerre said in a recent interview. "I'm not a model anymore and do not want the attention."
Well someone better inform her rep about that!

RadarOnline.com spoke with Daguerre's rep Tuesday morning, who not only confirmed that they are representing the ex-model turned photographer, but that, "She is in fact giving interviews."

Going on to say, "You need to come through us to arrange any interviews with Brigitte, we represent her."
The rep also confirmed that they owned the rights to four old modeling photos of Daguerre, posing in her lingerie, that were sold to a photo agency on Monday, and that they were sold with Daguerre's full permission.

In her recent interview Daguerre claimed, "This mess was a series of unfortunate events that I regret deeply. One of which was confiding in someone I thought was a friend. Most of what I have read and heard is untrue or wildly exaggerated."

Daguerre also took to her website to proclaim her supposed moral stance, she wrote, "I've obtained an attorney to make sure I'm protected in the future but I in no way will be doing the whole circuit thing of interviews."
Unless it's for the right price it seems.
Shockingly, Daguerre also refuses to take any responsibility for the part she has played in the break-down of James' marriage to his Oscar winning wife, claiming, "For the record, I have ruined no one's marriage. The man is always responsible for his actions & women are never responsible for other peoples relationships."
