Lindsay Lohan nearly had a brush with the cops again early Wednesday, but in the end, it appears to be much to do about nothing, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

LiLo,25, was leaving Sayers Club in Hollywood around midnight in her brand new black Porsche when she was blocked by a group of paparazzi and club goers from the nearby Hookah Lounge. As she drove away, her car apparently made slight contact with the manager of the Hookah Lounge.

Ryan Dunn was so drunk that his blood alcohol level was nearly two and a half times the legal limit when he crashed his car in the early hours of Monday morning.

The West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll released the details that Dunn’s BAL was .196, which is more than twice the legal limit of .08 in Pennsylvania.
