Bobby Brown will not be serving any jail time for his March DUI arrest, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Instead, the 43-year-old must complete a 90-day alcohol program and 36 months of probation — in a deal he made with prosecutors.

The former Miss USA who was caught with an open bottle of bubbly in her car while weaving in and out of traffic at 60 mph has reached a plea deal in her DUI case.

Rima Fakih, who became the first Arab-American to be crowned Miss USA in 2010, pleaded no contest to driving while visibly impaired when she appeared in the Highland Park, Michigan courtroom on Wednesday, reported the Washington Post.

Brooke Mueller formally pleaded guilty Monday to cocaine possession in an Aspen, Colorado courtroom, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice's husband pleaded not guilty and rejected a plea deal on his fraud and impersonation charges.

Joe Giudice — who is facing up to 10 years in prison — appeared in a Paterson, New Jersey, courthouse on Monday with his attorney Miles Feinstein and dismissed a plea deal that would have capped his sentence to five years.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Joe was indicted on December 20, 2011 by a grand jury in the Garden State and charged with fraudulently obtaining a driver’s license in his brother's name.

Waits was pulled over last summer on the Vegas strip and arrested, and his then girlfriend, Paris Hilton, was also arrested for possession of cocaine.

After Cy's arrest last year, Steve Wynn fired Cy from his co-manager position at XS Encore and Tryst at Wynn Las Vegas. Cy's twin brother Jesse kept his job though.
