Christina Walsh, the adult film star that was with Charlie Sheen the night of his infamous Plaza Hotel meltdown is re-thinking her lawsuit against the Two and a Half Men star, her lawyer tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Legal ace Keith Davidson told RadarOnline.com: "Through the process of Ms. Walsh appearing on ABC's Good Morning America, and finally issuing her public statement regarding the events of her night with Mr. Sheen, Ms. Walsh has experienced the natural emotions of many domestic violence victims...that of fear, anxiety and ultimately, a certain level of empowerment.

"Ms. Walsh has thus, and for the time being, opted to consult the New York City authorities regarding the events of October 26, 2010.

"Ms. Walsh's refrain from the issuance of any civil lawsuit is separate and apart from any consideration of Mr. Sheen's ludicrous lawsuit against her."

A source with knowledge of the situation tells us that Walsh met with the New York City District Attorney's Office Tuesday, to follow up on her official police complaint she filed against Sheen yesterday. Walsh appeared on Good Morning America Monday with her attorney, and they revealed that she was planning to file a lawsuit against Sheen, and that it would be filed very soon.

Excerpts from the lawsuit were shown on screen and RadarOnline.com learned the lawsuit was planned for Tuesday. But now that's not going to happen.

A source with knowledge of the situation says, "Christina is listening to what law enforcement are telling her about what to expect going forward. She is prepared to testify against Charlie if criminal charges are filed against him. She wants to deal with the criminal investigation first, then proceed accordingly."

Sheen sued Walsh on Monday, claiming she tried to extort him for $1 million dollars after the night of the incident. One of Charlie's lawyer's said publicly this morning that Charlie never sent a text message to Capri offering her $20k. Davidson tells RadarOnline.com, "I can confirm a text message was sent from Mr. Sheen to Ms. Walsh, in which he offered her $20k."

Walsh told police she was fine after her bizarre night with Sheen and she also posted a similar statement on her web site, two facts that are emphatically noted in Sheen's suit against her.

Charlie Sheen is back at work after his cocaine fueled bender with a porn star and the Hollywood star is pretty relaxed about the headline-grabbing incident, declaring: “I’m not panicking.”

Leaving the Two and a Half Men set, Charlie stopped to talk to an Extra cameraman and — like he did to RadarOnline.com — the actor down played the night where he and hooker Christina Walsh fought over a missing watch at New York’s The Plaza Hotel.

“A guy has one bad night and everyone goes insane, panics,” Charlie told Extra. 

The location of Charlie’s missing watch is still a mystery, but he shrugged off the loss.

Walsh is threatening to go to Colorado and speak with the District Attorney about Sheen violating his probation after their $12,000 date at The Plaza went pear-shaped after the actor went on a cocaine and alcohol binge.

RadarOnline.com has learned that the 22-year-old porn star tried to stop Sheen from having sex with her after she found out he did not have her substantial fee on him.

“She told Charlie, ‘I’m not doing anything until I get my money first'," a source revealed.

“And then after they did more cocaine Charlie wanted to have sex and she demanded money. He couldn’t find his wallet and flipped out. He thought she stole it, but his assistant, who was down the hall, had it.

“That’s when Charlie flipped out and Christina fled into the bathroom and locked the door. He was pounding on it and that led to the series of phone calls with the police showing up.

“Now she’s furious because he NEVER paid her! She’s determined to get her money one way or the other, so she’s shopping her story. Saying she’ll go to the district attorney makes her story more valuable and she thinks it will put pressure on Charlie.”

Dennis Hof is preparing to open two new brothels in the tiny community of Crystal - 85 miles northeast of Las Vegas - after he was recently granted licenses from the board in Nye County, Nevada.

Hof joked: “Once my new brothels are open I would like to invite Charlie Sheen to come and pay us a visit –and I promise him it will be a trouble-free experience too!”

The Two and a Half Men star was spotted at posh New York restaurant Daniel, dining with Denise Richards and a group of other escorts, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

“Charlie and his date excused themselves to the bathroom together, for a long time,” an eyewitness told Life & Style.

“You don’t have to be an investigator to know what was going on in that bathroom.”

After a wild trip to New York, complete with hooker, cocaine and a trip to the hospital, Charlie Sheen is heading back to rehab, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Sheen is planning to go back to Promises, a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

“Charlie is going back to rehab,” the source told RadarOnline.com. “That’s his plan right now. He knows he has to do something.”

The Two and a Half Men star partied with a hooker at the Plaza hotel Monday night but freaked out when he couldn’t find his wallet and accused her of stealing it, RadarOnline.com learned.

Charlie Sheen has an unlikely person in his corner – attorney Gloria Allred - and she’s hoping that the actor gets some help after learning of the bad boy's latest woes.

The Two and a Half Men star was allegedly cavorting with a hooker at the Plaza Hotel and later transported via ambulance to a New York-area hospital Monday night after creating a disturbance in his room.

Allred tells RadarOnline.com, "These reports raise the question as to whether or not Charlie Sheen needs to return to rehab. Given his past criminal record of violence at a time when he had alcohol and or substance abuse issues, I am concerned that if he does not get help a.s.a.p. he may become a danger to himself or others."

Police say Sheen was intoxicated.
