Montag last week said she's scouring South America for a doctor to perform a breast reduction surgery after her trusted surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, tragically died in an auto accident in Malibu last month.

Several eyewitnesses who saw Dr. Frank Ryan's jeep plunge over the side of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu last month called 911 to report the accident, and RadarOnline.com has obtained the  chilling  calls.

Sadly, the calls show that Ryan, 50, was still alive and moving his head when the first passerby arrived at the scene.

Reality TV star Heidi Montag can't take it: Her breasts are too big.

"I'm desperate to go back to normal," The Hills star told Life & Style about her G-cups. "I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D."

Montag said that nine months after her breast enlargement surgery, she regrets it for the pain it has caused her both mentally and physically.

"I have major anxiety about it. I was taking painkillers but they weren't working, so I stopped. It hurt either way," she told the magazine. "I'm obsessed with fitness, but it's impossible to work out with these boobs. It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life."

Reality TV star Heidi Montag is publicly mourning Dr. Frank Ryan, the Beverly Hills plastic surgeon who came into the limelight after performing ten surgeries on The Hills star last November.

"My thoughts and prayers go out to his mother, family, friends, and anyone who was ever blessed enough to meet him. He is in a better place," Heidi Tweeted early Tuesday. "I am devastated to hear the news of Dr. Frank Ryan's death. He was the most amazing person I have ever known. He was an angel and changed my life and the lives of everyone he met. He was the most brilliant talented surgeon who will ever exist. Dr. Frank Ryan changed the world."
