Taylor Armstrong sat down with Dr. Phil for an emotion interview that aired Thursday, and RadarOnline.com has video of her shocking claim that Russell Armstrong once threatened to kill her for not serving vegetables with pizza.

Dr. Phil starts out by asking the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star if there was a particular incident that made her realize she was afraid of her then-husband.

“I came home from work one night, I was pregnant at the time, and we were going to a charity event so I was getting ready,” Taylor says.

"The first time he ever really harmed me physically, I was pregnant with Kennedy and he grabbed me by the throat and held me against a wall. ... I saw his ability to go from zero to 60 that quickly," Taylor says.

Russell committed suicide and was found hanging at a friend’s home in Los Angeles on August 15, several months after Taylor filed for divorce.

Taylor's closest friends and advisers were growing increasingly worried for her safety, as well as the wellbeing of her 5-year-old daughter, Kennedy, and were threatening to go to the authorities with their concerns.

"Taylor's friends were so worried about her and Kennedy's welfare. Her advisers issued a gauntlet, either file for divorce, or we are going to the cops and Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services with our fears,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “When Taylor told Russell what her friends planned on doing, he beat her, and that is what caused her to go to the hospital.”

Taylor Armstrong kept photographic evidence of beatings that she allegedly endured at the hands of her estranged husband, Russell Armstrong, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Taylor began having pictures taken of what she alleges are proof of the physical abuse she suffered, several months prior to her decision to file for divorce from Russell.

“Taylor kept the photographs to document what was going on in her marriage,” an insider reveals to RadarOnline.com. “She didn't plan on including the pictures as part of her divorce proceedings.
