“No, it’s not true, [Peter]’s taking care of [Mitzi],” Sammy Shore told RadarOnline.com exclusively. Sammy, who recently wrote the book "The Man Who Made Elvis Laugh", founded the Comedy Store in Hollywood- a famed establishment Pauly, Peter, and Mitzi are still sole directors of. “No, I don’t wonder if she’s safe, I know she’s safe.”

Pauly had claimed that Mitzi, who suffers from Parkinson's disease, had been “rendered susceptible to unscrupulous behavior and other undue influence because of her condition.” Per the lawsuit, Pauly says that over the past few years he has become concerned about his older brother's treatment of their mother.

Pauly claims he was "improperly" removed from the Comedy Store's board of directors and that Peter (who is the company's chief executive officer and controls its operations) did not provide various tax returns and monthly cash flow reports over the last thirty six months. The lawsuit asks that Peter be required to provide the Comedy Store's financial reports.
“When there is a family business there’s always gonna be problems,” Sammy explained. “This law suit is just a family feud. It will be over in a few weeks, I’m sure of it.” He believes that the brothers will continue the family business and help the Comedy Store "continue to make people laugh forever."
A rep for Pauly told RadarOnline.com on Monday: "This is a personal family matter that will be handled privately."

The lawsuit states that over the course of the past few years, Pauly became concerned as to his older brother Peter’s care and treatment of their mother, Mitzi Shore.
Pauly, Peter and Mitzi Shore are the sole Directors of The Comedy Store in Hollywood. Peter Shore is the chief executive officer of the company and controls its ongoing operations.
Pauly claims his brother removed him “improperly” from the Comedy Store’s board of directors and failed to provide various tax returns and monthly cash flow reports over the last 36 months.
The lawsuit states no immediate remedy other than that Peter Shore be required to provide The Comedy Store’s financial reports and show how he’s been running it.
Sounds like someone’s afraid the family fortune is being squandered!
